Hello I glued 24 "object" labels on each of my son's markers and crayons, they didn't hold...they all came off. I had to put tape on each label, 24 times....given the price of your items I thought it was quality ... in addition to the time I had to use an entire roll of tape. I'm not satisfied Many parents around me didn't have your brand of labels and didn't need to use the tape, the label stuck very well to the markers and pencils.

The isothermal bottles are solid and very pretty. However, I'm down to 5 sport caps per bottle (2) in 1 year. They're very difficult to close and break, but they're still practical for children (3 1/2 and 8 1/2 years old). Next time, I'll take the other caps and see.

Placed a order on the 25th of august and it said will be ready for shipment within 48 hours. But did not send till the 28th of august. It is now the 5th of september and still not turned up. Pretty sure it wont. I sent them a email Yesterday saying it has not come. They Send me a reply saying I have to wait till the 9th of september even tho on the website it says the 8th. So i sent a email back saying the 9th is no good I needed them for the 4th. And I would have to go out and buy more from a shop. To which they have not sent me a message back. Never agian. I need my money back now please 6 working days is plenty of time for them to come.

Please, consider the weekends as a not business days. After the dispatch the delivery usually takes 2-6 days, depending on your area. However, the post can extend this up to 10 working days and we can't influence the postal services. Very nice labels. However, the water bottle broke right away, I was filling it and the cap slipped and broke off. Plus the inner part where the drinking spout is easily detached, making it difficult for the baby to open it to drink because every time he tries to lift it, it comes off completely. Too bad

Half of the order was forgotten but after a call the order was quickly reshipped. Unfortunately we weren't at home but on vacation and my labels got wet in our letterbox. If I'd received my entire order the first time, this wouldn't have happened because I'd planned ahead to be able to receive them.

I'm really disappointed that despite making a big thing of printing the labels within 48 hours on their marketing, the delivery timescale is 3-10 working days. Why so long to deliver a little pack of labels!!! It's been 10 days since I ordered and still no sign of them.
