I am very disappointed because I had ordered the labels and I had paid the most expensive delivery to be delivered before the start of the school year. I placed my order on Thursday afternoon and asked for delivery in 24 hours. Chronopost delivered at 10 and normally I should have received it on Saturday, but I finally received it on Monday.

I ordered with fast delivery and paid 9 euros on September 1st, today is the 13th and I still haven't received my order. I'm still waiting. Fortunately, after complaining, I was told that the 9 euros would be reimbursed, but I'd still like to receive my order as soon as possible.

Very nice contact in case of problems. Super stickers. Only minus: long shipping.

Impeccable label, however I had a coupon code but I had to go and find it, it would be nice if it appeared when I finalized my order so that I could take advantage of it.

Very fast at replying at queries and sorted a new order out very quickly.

Unfortunately, even the last labels I had purchased to attach to my son's colors are not doing the trick.... I just now finished sticking strips of tape over each one because they were already peeling off (and I stuck them on last night). The heat stickers often came off after just a few washes.... I would say it was not a positive purchase....

Do not buy fake site , ordered labels that result only to them delivered but to me never arrived . Despite sending an email to ask for an explanation they did not even respond . I will proceed to make a complaint

The order has not arrived despite showing as delivered

The labels are solid and can easily withstand a few months of washing, but the last two deliveries have had problems, with the last envelope arriving open. I'm getting fed up

As much for the quality as for the dispatch, the perfect timing remains the accessories, which are a little expensive.

The labels are as cute as we expected and the checkbook where they come is great. The only downside is the time it has taken to arrive, I think it is not warned when ordering about the estimated delivery time and, being, at least in my case living in Madrid capital, > 2 weeks, it is important to know.

Order never arrived, so cannot really feedback on item.

Order process was easy and the children enjoyed choosing their designs. Delivery isn't the fastest but that was made clear when I ordered. The extra fun stickers are a nice touch but I would rather have paid less or got more name stickers for my money as they will be wasted - my children are 9 and 11. Frustratingly, a couple of the and stickers I stuck into clothes came off in the first wash and I found them stuck to other things. I've never had this problem with the brand I usually use. If any more come off, I will approach the company for a refund. I probably won't order from here again.

Ordered 3 weeks ago nothing received, when you contact them they just tell you to wait longer!! I needed them for the start of school, I have now ordered from a trustworthy supplier which arrived in 3 days and your labels have still not arrived?!

It has been over two weeks and still no labels. I followed up today to say there was a postage issue which absolutely doesn't make any sense. Ther is no confirmation to say labels have dispatched or tracking number. There are other companies that arena lot quicker and less admin!

Adhesives for clothing are cute in design. Easy to use. Hold well. Shipping took a long time. Unfortunately arrived 4 days after school started.

The stickers are cute, but the delivery took far too long.

I ordered two different names and it was only put in a booklet, which I didn't like because I put the name stickers in the school bags, so I won't be ordering anything from here again.

The product is very nice, but I thought I was ordering from a German website as it ends in .de. The fact that the product came from France meant that it took too long for me. Despite ordering on time during the vacations, the product only arrived after a good 2 weeks and school had already started.

my order didn't arrive for some reason and didn't take long for them to reply to me about this and sorted it out straight away recieved them today and they are look so good

Order was not delivered

Fast and good quality, the stickers lack a bit of quality.

I ordered on 27 August and today 12 August, still no labels. I have emailed at least 5 times but get no reply. I would like a refund. Very unhappy customer order 4001620396

The checkbook principle is TOP, you know where you stand, you can easily see the various uses ... only regret is the delivery, I paid a lot to finally get it 2 days after the announced deadline. But transport is always the weak point ...

it's a great site with everything, customizable water bottles, bags, and lots of other customizable items. just a little problem with the label packs: you can't choose another little image.

Labels are brilliant, we have ordered more. Only down side is delivery does take a while

Fast delivery, as ordered. The labels are nice.

First time using these labels after previously having used iron on labels from the local uniform shop and other websites. About 75% peeled off after the first wash. I followed the instructions exactly and only wash non 30°. The shoe stickers have stayed on so far, but will not bother purchasing the iron on labels again

The product never arrived, I filed a claim, they told me they were sending it but I never received anything. And as it is by regular mail I can not track the order. I am very disappointed. I demand my money back.

I pay for a fast delivery but the delivery still took 1 week to arrive. I ask for a gesture to at least recover the delivery but no possible shameful.

Where I ordered for the first time the product arrived quickly and we were at peace

I took the most expensive shipment to receive my parcel quickly. This was not the case, my delivery was late and the shipping rate was overpriced as a result.

Initially, I received another person's labels due to a shipping error. The customer service team responded quickly and offered me a solution that would enable me to receive new labels on time. Claim on August 30, express dispatch on the 31st for receipt on September 1. Despite this, delivery arrived on September 4 (delayed by Chronopost to the 2nd and then to the 4th due to logistical problems...).

Ordered my labels in August. I still haven't received anything and now customer service have gone silent on me. Very disappointed. Feel like I've been scammed.

Delivery very very long, I have trouble removing the labels.

Possibly because the order was placed during the summer vacations, the post office was later than expected in the delivery. The order had not been left in the mailbox. I contacted Petit-Fernand.es and they told me not to worry at all, that they were re-releasing the labels and would get them to me free of charge (unless I received them in a couple of days, in which case they asked me to call back to cancel the re-release). The next day I received the order in my mailbox so I contacted Petit-Fernand.es again to let them know so they wouldn't have to reprint them. I thought that was wonderful and it makes me value the customer service very positively. The only drawback was the cost of the calls, which were premium rate calls.

The iron-on labels unfortunately do not last long ..5-10 washes

The labels are fantastic and well presented with added extras! Delivery time was longer than expected.
