I placed an order on July 28th and it is now August 18th and I have not received anything. The truth is that the shipping issue is a bit of a disaster. This is the second time I order and the first time I had no problem, sure I will not order more.

Ordered placed on 7th off August, have still not received it. Contacted customer service twice about this and same response saying track it via your tracking number for Royal Mail. There dispatched email previoualy stated it was posted as standard letter via Royal mail "not tracked", so it doesn't have a tracking number. Poor customer service and have still not received order.

Hello Keith, I am very sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet. If the order was placed on the 07th August 2023, then the latest delivery day should be on the 23rd August 2023. We are facing high demands at the moment and all requests will first be answered by the means of an automated email, prior to being answered by a physical person. Purchase of personalized water bottles which arrived very quickly. The designs and personalization were very well done and much appreciated by the children. However, opening is a bit difficult even for 5 and 7 year olds and as soon as the cap is removed, it often comes off, which is a shame. Also, the design on one of the bottles has already faded a little after just 1 week's use, so I'm really disappointed on that score.

really good washed once 24hrs after applying them and they stayed on.. although I like placing one on the back under the collar (on white shirts) but unfortunately they came off in the wash so think it's best placed on the size label

Very happy with my purchase, as usual (10th order since 2017!). Small drawbacks this time: - the background with the purple flowers around the labels is not very visible on the small labels (the printing of the flowers is more present on the notebooks than on the labels themselves) - a mix of labels (normally, each child has his notebook, but I have two notebooks that have been mixed up...so I have to undo the staples and reconstitute the notebooks).

If I had read the reviews first I would never have purchased. I paid 2 extra to have trackable shipping and they send me an INEXISTENT number. They do not respond to emails. I will report this to the European dispute board. DO NOT BUY.
