Ordered on 31.07.23. Still not delivered by 11.08.23 (today). Very disappointed. School already 1. week around. Never again!!!!!

I have not received my order since the beginning of July, they sent it to me and it has not arrived yet I would like to ask for my money back.

This time when we ordered, things went smoothly, we couldn't change the typeface.

Actually all good, only the shipping took a while.

This is the second time I have ordered and it still has not arrived. I never have problems with the packages. I think this company is not serious.

Satisfied with the speed of shipment. The quality of the products. And the stickers offered in the parcel, the children were delighted.

The adhesives are great. They hold extremely well and look cute. What I didn't like so much this time. I ordered for two different children and both were in the same booklet. This makes it difficult to give as a gift.

I often order from the site because there is a wide choice both in the ranges offered (self-adhesive labels, thermo., objects, water bottles...) and in styles (colors, sizes, shapes, designs...) The prices are interesting knowing that there are often promotional codes on interesting dates (back to school, Christmas, Easter...) Delivery is more or less rapid The quality is excellent

Delivery on time, cheaper than other sites. The last labels I ordered were a darker color than they actually were, but they do the job!

Good afternoon I placed an order for 2 combos for each girl and I only received one of each I am replying so late because I live in Venezuela and I had not received the order until 7/8 and I realize that it is incomplete.

With my first order everything went great, price/performance was right. 2nd order, supposedly delivered but I haven't received it, I only ever get a status reply, it's not even in the system, I only have the confirmation by email with the order number where I could see the status delivered, but that's not true and as I said customer service sends a standard reply straight away which I can't do anything with?

Quality products saving me time. Fast delivery. Point for improvement: it would have been nice to receive the booklets of labels sorted by child, especially when you have several children and the labels are all mixed up, it's really not practical. Thank you for taking my opinion into account for next year's order?

Took longer than expected for delivery. Needed to send a few e-mails as I was beginning to panic. This item was for my holiday, unfortunately it didn't come in time.

Too bad the notebooks are no longer separated for each first name and last order my notebook was damaged.

I still haven't received my order

I've already bought clothes labels, they're great and hold up well. However, I bought labels to put on school supplies (felt-tip pens, etc.) and I'm disappointed because the labels peel off.

I placed an order on 30.07.23. I then received a shipping confirmation on 01.08.2023 that the goods had been dispatched. The following note was on my profile: You will receive the order between August 4 and August 9. In my opinion, it takes far too long, but fine. Unfortunately, nothing arrived today (09.08.23) and yesterday was my daughter's first day at school. I firmly assumed that the goods would be delivered today. So now I have to label everything today. If I had known this earlier, I would have opted for another company that delivers faster and that I can rely on. Because when I asked 3 days ago, all I got was general information about shipping. What a pity. Please contact me, as it is possible that the goods have been lost.

Nice gourd, shame it can't be put in the dishwasher. In addition, the item labels are too small for pencils and felt-tip pens.

I've been a fan of your labels since my son's nursery, and he's now in CE2! Very practical for clothes as well as school and extra-curricular material. The only problem this year is that I got the size of the labels wrong.... In any case, super practical for us moms! I recommend 100 times! Huge time-saver! Expensive but great. Disappointed with the cap of the gourd I did not think it had to be turned (sport cap) so my daughter has a lot of trouble using it and can not. If I'd seen that, I wouldn't have ordered it, but it's not mentioned in the description. Too bad because it's not cheap.

We took express delivery to get the labels on time. The delivery was a day late and we have not been able to use the labels yet. The after-sales service took care of the delivery charge and offered to take back our labels if we wished.

Very easy to use the site .labels or product very nice .surprised in the right way but was looking for hyper fine labels to put on crayons.not found but happy with my iron-on labels for clothes and also to stick on objects ,plastic, bottle, school .I recommend the site .received quickly.

I think it's a shame that I can't order a certain quantity of small, narrow stickers. Therefore one star deduction. The quality is great and the designs are also great

All in all, very good, but the cursive script is practically illegible on small label sizes. I took two different fonts for my children and I can clearly see the difference. It's a real shame that this typeface isn't simply on a larger size to ensure smooth legibility of the name...

I had heard good things about this site but for me I will never order again for the simple reason that my labels never arrived... despite an email to the service I remain unanswered and disappointed not to have the labels for my son's first school year :/.

We've been working with c-MonEtiquette for a few years now, and we're delighted.

This is the second time I have bought labels. They are of high quality. They last the whole school year, both for objects and clothing.

Everything went really well except for the reception, which took a bit long, and the font chosen, which should have been more appropriate. (It's too small) The name isn't easy for a child to read on it, whereas on the prototype it was fine.
