Unfortunately I have to give a bad rating. I have never waited so long for an order. I have already written 2 emails. Where each time only a prefabricated automatic reply mail comes. So you can't do anything with it. We needed them so urgently by tomorrow. And then that's just extremely annoying! We are curious to see when they will finally arrive. And hope that at least the labels will do a good job.

The gourd itself is a very good product, too bad the cap is of very poor quality. I'm on my second broken cap, which I really regret because I love the container and the personalization. But I can't spend all my time buying new caps at 8 euros (an excessive price given the lack of quality) all the time, so I'm forced to change brands.

Unfortunately the delivery took a very long time and I had to ask twice where my order was. I'm still very unsure whether the iron-on name labels will hold. I am pleased that a 2nd replacement delivery was made today - as a gesture of goodwill?

Hi Jana, we are pleased that you have received the labels. You contacted us over a week ago and mentioned that the labels had not arrived, so we have sent you the replacements. The delivery depends entirely on Deutsche Post and it looks like both envelopes were delivered in the end. And to make sure the labels hold when ironed on, please follow the instructions and make sure the iron is on maximum temperature without steam.

I've been a customer for about three years, and in mid-December I placed an order for labels. Since I still hadn't received anything in January, I sent an e-mail to find out what had happened, and they suggested that I see if my neighbors and friends hadn't received my order (a simple envelope, not a parcel).
