Labels peel off in first wash

I am so disappointed with my labels this year. With four children I have used this company for years for my labels. However, the iron-on labels have changed since my last purchase. Despite following the updated instructions, all my labels have come off within three washes. Previously they have been indestructible and stayed on all year through weekly washing and tumble drying. I also wrote an e-mail with feedback but sadly received no response. I unfortunately be looking for a new provider due to the reduced quality.

Labels bought for 5 children, two of them for Christmas presents! The joy of the children when they discovered the pretty labels. The patience of having to wait 48 hours to be able to use the garment, then the big disappointment and tears when the princess labels didn't fit on the clothes! I already found the sale misleading because you have to stick the label on the label of the garment and not on the garment itself, but on top of that, it doesn't fit!!!! Big disappointment and I don't recommend it at all! It's a shame because I'm a foster parent, so I very, very regularly buy labels from a competitor. I wanted to change because the children had seen some nice designs and well, a waste of money!!!!

product arrived soaking wet and when dried out sticky had obviously stopped being sticky so not too impressed. ordered b4 and no issues but not good post wise x

Unfortunately not convincing in terms of quality.

Fast, careful delivery, the labels are very pretty. The big problem: they come off in the first wash, which took place a week after ironing.

Very nice idea to have tags to help the Wise Men wrap. I wish they were twice as big even if they fit less and had more shine, but happy with the purchase. They could speed up the shipping a little more and it would be perfect.

Labels to put on the window that weren't even pre-cut - I didn't know what to do with them!

I ordered yellow labels with white writing. On the web, it looked good but in reality you can't read anything ! I would have appreciated if the quality department or another Petit Fernand had warned me of the poor visibility before receiving the labels at home.

The delivery time announced was not respected. The labels I needed for my son's camp arrived 1 day after his departure. No e-mail was sent to inform me of the delay, which could have enabled me to cancel the order, which was becoming unnecessary. I had to contact customer service and hope to receive the parcel in time, but it was in vain....

I ordered some Christmas mugs for my children and dogs, and I'm very happy with them. The only small problem is that one of the mugs is missing part of the design, but I have no regrets. A personalized mug was a hit and has been used every day since.

Good experience, nice labels, fast shipping. However, I sponsored a friend who placed an order and received it more than a week ago and the amount of 3, for sponsoring, is still pending. I don't understand why.

Seriosity and quality

The Christmas labels wouldn't come off the backing, so they tore. The decorations to stick on the windows are not as shown in the photos, some labels are missing. Very disappointed with my order

Product already purchased and very satisfied the first time but on my last order the labels do not stick to the clothes

I placed an order in October which never arrived. I wrote to the after-sales service who explained to me that they had delivery delays. After more than 2 months I asked for a refund, but have received no reply.

I love the labels and am super happy with the result. I would have liked each child's name to have come on its own cardboard, but otherwise great.

Order arrived rather quickly, counting custom manufacturing. Really beautiful and eye catching products. I got the preschool label set and the wooden one to hang on my backpack....beautiful all of them! Plus nice giveaways!!!

As always, the window stickers are unbeatable! They stick and peel off super well and have an unbeatable print. The only downside is that I thought they were transparent, so that you could see the drawing on both sides. But they look beautiful anyway.

Nice label customization, easy to use, fast shipping

All good except that it takes a little while to arrive.

The water bottle has a wonderful thermal seal, both in summer and winter (also tested on another purchased in the summer), the cap on the other hand is weak, not so much because of the seal, but because it dents easily.
