My experience was terrible, I placed my order on 13/09 and to date I have not received my order nor have I received my money back. Imagine how pissed off I am because I think that they are informal and the service is lousy.

The stickers begin to peel off after a few washes (2-4), despite strict adherence to the recommendations for use.

All perfect, the labels are holding up for now. I have yet to try washing the clothes.... Only negative, I was not notified of delivery (they left the envelope in my mailbox).

The labels are great, unfortunately they were not sent within the promised 48 hours, after 3 days we received an e-mail that production was delayed.

Unfortunately, some labels, after only a few days, have already come off, both from the clothes (after the first wash) and from the backpack; too bad because they were very cute and comfortable.

The labels are very nice. The thermoadhesive ones are easy to apply and currently have not been damaged by machine washing. The adhesive ones for the items are also well done and brightly colored. I recommend checking the dimensions before placing your order based on where you need to apply them. In my case, I had to trim them with scissors because they were too long in some cases (my mistake).

Fast and practical service, easily orduinable. Fair price.

Cute clothes labels, colorful print is good quality. A couple of came off partly from the shirts after washing. I also bought the water bottle, but it has a cap that is really hard to open and close, impossible to make a child use independently.

Custom labels easy to make, simply beautiful and very convenient, only downside is the delivery time a bit long and the inability to track the package.

I dropped all the labels the first time I put them on, I bought another one thinking it was my fault and the same thing.... the thermoadhesives do not work as in previous years.

I am not going to beat around the bush, I placed an order on Monday and two weeks went by and it did not arrive, so I decided to cancel the order, thank you, best regards.

Very easy to choose the product, the payment, but it took a little longer than expected, I sent a message and you extended the delivery time, arrived in my mailbox and everything great, now I'm putting stickers on all the clothes of the child.

Really nice labels, well made and durable, the object label I attached to the water bottle does not go away even after several washes. I haven't tested the durability of the thermo adhesive ones for fabrics yet. The only downside is the shipping time a bit too long and the cost in my opinion is a bit high.

Hi easy to order lovely name tags. But we are only 5 weeks into school term & 2name tags have came off in wash??. So im not overly impressed with this product.

The design is nice but they peel off quickly in the wash.

Very nice labels. I got the thermo adhesive ones. Easy to stick on. The only downside I don't give 5 stars for is the price which is not that cheap.

It has been a very good experience, except that the stickers took two weeks to arrive home and I was expecting a shorter period of time. Otherwise, everything was very good.

We had a problem with the delivery of an order but they solved it and sent it to me again by another way. They arrived today and they are beautiful

I ordered here to try something different from Stickets. The order took more days to arrive. When it arrived it was wrong (wrong name and different product than paid for). The online claim took several days to respond. Meanwhile the lines were always busy and with a 902 number when I understand that the law requires a fixed number. The only good thing is that once they answered me, they didn't put any problems in refunding me the money. That's why I put one star, otherwise I would have put 0.

1 because there is no less. They never arrived and yes it is true that I was refunded after 2 weeks but still I needed them and I had to reorder them a month before school started. Shipping with someone better than Italian post office, no!!!?

I bought hot melt labels and in the first wash they came off. I followed the instructions to the letter.

After years of supporting this business, one order was not as it should be. The labels weee coming off on every wash unlike previous times. Instead of helping me out or trying to rectify the issue after I bought it to their intention, I was told they would not resend the item at their expense. Wonderful customer service! I'm response to your reply below… I ordered them well in advance for the new academic year and new uniform, so hence I ordered them in July but they were not put to use until September! So yes… you should review this. It is a product not doing its job. EVERY stick is coming off a very expensive private school uniform. Your further response justifies my comment on terrible service!

Let's say I can't do a review considering that my order never arrived

I ordered my product , which never arrived ! I reported the problem and they immediately refunded me . However, despite the inconvenience of having to label everything manually because they did not guarantee me short delivery time!

As far as I'm concerned the waiting time is long. misleading the banner manufacture in 48 hours that makes the assumption to fast delivery time. only after the purchase is specified, that although the product is made on 48 hours you do not have certainty about the delivery time. i waited about 2 weeks and many things for school I had to label them manually with considerable expenditure of time and additional costs. the products are cmq good and I recommend them. but should be requested well in advance of your needs.

The quality of the stickers is very good, partly because they are laminated and do not spoil. The shipping time is a bit long, though.

The truth seems to me very bad customer service, I bought to try and according to that order more because my child needs many labels, but it will be a month and I do not get the order, and I wrote informing them and they only said that I wait until 29/09 that if it does not come back to write them when I think you should follow up if you have already been informed that there is an anomaly with the order that does not arrive, Their advertising says 6 to 8 days and I already have 25 days waiting and not only that I wrote them on instagram and they say they will contact me and nothing, I see zero interest in the customer only sell and do not care about what one claims.
