Order placed on August 6, here we are on August 29 and still nothing received!!!! I sent an e-mail to the complaints department and they told me "postal delays....". So I re-posted my order to A qui S on Thursday 25/08 and I was delivered today Monday 29/08 without paying for a fast delivery !!!! I will never recommend Cmon étiquettes !!!

Great quality. Unfortunately, I had to order twice because it was canceled after the first order. That's why I placed the same order again. In the end it came twice and the money was debited twice accordingly. Now I have more than I perhaps need.

Customizable labels, nice, lots of choice. Fast delivery, although I received someone else's order first. With today's computers, mistakes happen, so I don't hold it against you. I even received a discount voucher for a future order, which I appreciated. On the other hand, the labels don't hold up well. The first time I washed them in the washing machine (no tumble dryer), they started to peel off. It's a pity, I was convinced until then, but it's the most important argument in my opinion.

We have been using the stickers for several years now and are satisfied. They generally hold up very well, even in the washing machine. However, we have also had cases where they didn't last half as long. They are unbeatable for labeling school and daycare items and my children can do it themselves and have fun doing it.

I have a 6-year-old and a 3-year-old and I have always bought these quality labels. I have also given them to various friends for their children but this time I was really disappointed. I asked for labels for 4 children, so 4 different names and you sent me everything on two booklets only! So I couldn't give the booklet, which is nice packaging but I had to cut the sheets myself and divide them for the 4 children! I did not like this at all, also because the labels for each child were not few! I suggest that for each name the labels be given in a separate pad!

I ordered a custom water bottle, but it definitely arrived spoiled. It wouldn't have been a problem if customer service had gotten back to me. But unfortunately, despite the fact that I used the contact section on their website, and we tried to contact them via their Instagram page, to date I have not received a response. Nice choice of label customization. Very nice patterns and colors for our kids. However, I'm very disappointed because the clothes labels are very large and stick out on most of the clothes labels. I followed the instructions for the 1st application, but on the 1st run of the tumble dryer, I can already see the labels starting to shrivel and peel off! I'll have to wait and see for the rest of the garments.

As specified in the instructions, I used my iron at 200 degrees, waited 15 minutes for the iron to heat up, and placed the label on each garment with the parchment paper. I pressed for 8 or 10 seconds on each garment. First wash 15 days after labeling the garments: surprise, all the labels come off in a 30-degree wash !!!!

A good range of products with frequent new models. Great ideas for new products that we like to adopt. The site is customer friendly. On the other hand, delivery by chronoposte is not up to scratch! My parcel was badly routed by chronoposte, causing not only a delay in delivery but also a parcel received in very poor condition and ripped open!

I could have given it 5 stars if I hadn't found the self-adhesive labels stuck on the drum of my washing machine. I wash my clothes at 30 and I regularly find labels that come off in the wash. And this is not the first year. I had ordered from two different brands and wasn't sure which one was sticking to my drum. It doesn't happen with all the labels, I'm sure, but it's annoying all the same.

Very disappointed with the after-sales service!!! I have received the products certainly quality unfortunately I am missing a product in my order I called several times in vain! No answer. Order placed easily, but since then, no news! I haven't received the order, nor any delivery notice, and customer service gives a generic message without specifying whether the order is traceable, what recourse they have, what they could do, or where our parcel is.... even though it was ordered by recorded delivery. I strongly advise against this.
