I have purchased at two times thermoadhesive labels from you, the quality compared to previous years has greatly deteriorated, i.e. labels put on as per your description after not even one wash in the washing machine the same came off. Great lunch boxes! And I also think it's great that the stickers are sent as a booklet. What I didn't find so great was that I received an invoice for import costs (over CHF 20 for 2 lunch boxes and a few stickers). On the website it says that shipping is free worldwide for stickers and 6 euros for lunch boxes, but there was no mention of import costs. The print on the lunch box is not on the box itself, but on an adhesive film that is then stuck to the lid. This is ok, but I wasn't aware of this when I ordered.
