I have been buying labels from Petit Fernand for at least 5 years. Sometimes the order arrives longer than the guaranteed delivery time, but this time I needed the labels for my son's birthday so I paid extra to make sure they arrived on time. Unfortunately, they arrived 4 days late. I didn't even pick them up at the depot. Petit Fernand refunded me the extra shipping costs, but I followed the delivery time and the product was just shipped late. I should have received a refund for the labels as well. Too bad. The product is always beautiful and useful, but this happening created for me.

They sent me someone else's stickers. The replacement ones seem fine but they arrived about 3 weeks after I ordered them. I needed them for a children's camp and they didn't arrive in time.
