One of the personalized mugs arrived broken...Courteous customer service, answered my email right away and a new mug was shipped to me in a quick time. I also purchased adhesive labels for school supplies and clothing--satisfied, only downside not being able to stick the adhesive labels directly on clothing.

Water bottle with straw in soft colors, very nice, easy to use for the puppies at home, the quality of the materials seems very good although after a month of use and frequent washing the graphics are already starting to lose pieces. My 3 year old son really likes his water bottle! Customer service from the quick response and fully satisfactory. would recommend the product, to improve perhaps the application of the designs

I like the concepts of water bottles and design however after using bottles, one of my kids came from school and said it smells metal and the taste of water was different. I checked it and my kid was right. It smells unpleasantly and the taste of the water inside seemed different from fresh water. Unfortunately, since then, my kids stopped using bottles.. shame, I was so excited these bottles to arrive and hopeful about the quality. To be honest, I am slightly disappointed and gutted as even the delivery costed me a lot. I am happy with the labels though. They are nice and good qualities .

It took 16 days to receive the stickers. In these 2 weeks I tried to contact the company by email to hear back but did not receive a reply. Bought from amazon arrived in 4 days.

I chose one of the delivery points offered by the web, after more than 2 weeks I received an email indicating that the order could not be delivered. When I went to ask at the collection point they told me that they did not know why they were on the website as a collection point because they were not and that they did not have my order there. After enquiring at two post offices I managed to locate the order in which they had also put the wrong details as my name had been put as the street name. Although the order itself was what I expected the shipping process was very disappointing so I don't think I will repeat.

I'm very disappointed, half the iron-on labels come off after 1 or 2 washes. However, they are applied according to the recommendations for use and on simple fabrics (cotton pants, briefs, T-shirts...). I don't recommend them.
