I had just placed the order and I sent an email directly to modify it as well as contacted via the form that specifically offers this modification. It was an addition and not a modification of a personalized item. I was told that it was no longer possible because my order was in production. I find it regrettable that you offer a modification on the form but that it is not possible. Knowing that my order was only in production, I think it would be wise to remedy this.

Hello, on your site, we see the label stuck directly on the t-shirt. However, in the instructions, this is not recommended. After the first wash, no more label on a t-shirt, and no sheet of parchment paper attached as stated in your document. The nursing home must have redone everything. I am disappointed.
