The labels do not stick, they are not heat-adhesive. I have experience using them. Yours are worthless. I feel deceived. You should proceed with the refund of the money charged. I feel deceived.

Excellent website and customer service. Just to mention that a plastic covering inside the delivery envelope would help as due to rain during delivery package inside was wet . If it had plastic inside the envelope would protect the delivery inside. Apart from that delighted with service and quick delivery

Brilliant stick, the labels are perfect and easy to use. Only downside is that the text is bigger than the preview so the design doesn't look as nice.

As already explained to your employee, the labels do not stick well to the pencils. It may be that I made a mistake in the order and the size, but the fact remains that they do not do their job, that is, THEY DO NOT STICK.
