C-MonEtiquette is an easy-to-use site. I ordered for the first time 3 years ago because I saw an advert on social networks, and I haven't been disappointed with my book of labels for everything (objects, clothes and shoes) this year I've only recommended object labels, and I've found it great to be able to choose the style of label you want rather than getting a book of different labels, and to be able to personalize them at any time.

I never received my order

very good product, very useful, products vary

I paid extra to have tracking of the shipment. I had to contact customer service because the shipment has not yet been delivered and twice they replied that there is no tracking for my shipment. Very disappointed to have paid for a service that in fact was not given to me!!! ***Update of 13/09*** the company provided me with Italian tracking and apologized as the previous emails were automatic replies. The shipment arrived yesterday as they were responding to me. The product looks nice and neat and lives up to expectations. Aside from the hiccup, I would say that for the expense incurred the customer service is attentive.

Since I placed the order on August 12, it has not arrived yet. I have complained 20 times. A disgrace.

Price a little too high. That's why I don't give it the highest rating.

The only drawback is that the label has to be glued to another label to withstand washing. Otherwise perfect

The product is small compared to the image, a little disappointed with the size, otherwise the rest is fine.

Forget water bottles, 2 purchases, at different times. The surface layer flakes off after 2-3 uses, at the neck, your child ends up ingesting it and the structure of the bottle is altered. The first time they told me it had never happened, and told me to recommend one, entirely at my own expense, not even a rebate, the second time it must have been that too, never happened.... Exactly the same thing on the second use. Use which consists of placing it on a table all day long. No dishwasher, I might add.

Very pretty and high quality water bottles. My only regret is that the straw bottle is a bit complicated to open for a 4 year old...it's not that logical and it leaks when you open it upside down. I also ordered 2 logs for the schoolbag, very pretty, but it's a shame they don't come with a little thread to hang them on. As for the labels, they're perfect - you can't really tell the size on the web, and in the back-to-school pack I'm missing labels for pencils and felt-tips.

First I received labels that weren't mine, then I was told to send back the right ones, which I never received! I called you and was told that they had "forgotten" to send them back to me. Here they confirmed that they were sending them back to me and still nothing, no confirmation e-mail as you told me".

Perfect personalized water bottle, very pretty and very functional for my 2 1/2 year old little boy. First batch of labels arrived in the name of another child. I called customer service again and they sent me back the right batch of labels 10 days later. Too bad they arrived after school started. The labels are very pretty, my son loves them with the little gorilla.

Very good value for money. The self-adhesive labels for clothing are great, they hold up through many washes. The labels for equipment are also good. Delivery is very fast. The choice is varied. I've been buying them for my 2 boys for several years now and I'm always satisfied.

I still haven't received my order, which was supposed to leave on 28/08.

very cute, however don't stay in certain materials in the wash. Eg school skirts have had two new stickers in after the wash.

A little disappointing this time round. I've used Petit-Fernand since my son started school, however this year the quality doesn't seem as good. The stickers aren't cut out sufficiently and when I attempt to remove them from the sheet quite a few have ripped. Hopefully it's just a bad batch but being I buy them a year at a time I just have to suck it up and deal with it until next time!

Well received the labels I ordered for my daughters. Plenty of choice to personalize them as you like and enough to stick on all the clothes. Thank you

Good quality and fast shipping!

Hello, quality labels. Conforms to the visual. On the other hand, the big negative point is the delay. I'm used to ordering them and this is the first year it's taken so long.

The labels arrived, but it took a good 12 days... a little too long.

Good self-adhesive labels, the quality is always there. The iron-on labels aren't as good, I was expecting something with more of a "fabric" feel, but they're still plastic. It's a pity, because I'd taken them for clothes where the label can itch on the neck, but in the end it's the same as the sticky ones, with less practicality. Maybe, on the other hand, they'll last longer... but that's not my intention, as clothes are meant to be worn. The new water bottles are great, but it's a shame we didn't adapt the new caps to the old bottles to take advantage of this evolution. Finally, the relay point didn't have the same opening hours as those indicated on the website, which is very problematic when you're working.

Unfortunately "C-Monetiquette" reversed my order with that of someone else. But they quickly took charge of my complaint and called me quickly by phone. So I got my labels after the start of the school year, which was a pity. But the quality is good and the labels are great!

For 15 days my parcel has been in preparation at the sender's. This is my 1st experience and I have never received my parcel. On the other hand, customer service is efficient...immediate reimbursement.

Never received my order and no response from customer service, even after a reminder.

The labels are very pretty. The ones for the objects hold very well, but the iron-on ones come off after just one wash. And yet I left the iron on the label for longer.

The arrival of the package was very delayed, twice they said it was going to arrive and it did not arrive, therefore, the service was very bad.

Top for putting on business

It's a shame there aren't any of the old formats, but otherwise top design and quality. I recommend it because it's so practical!

I've been ordering for a long time but I find that the quality is deteriorating a little. It's a shame. I'm still satisfied, but not 100%.

Very practical labels for my part sticky hold very well! The little bmole is a bit small for my taste! And the delivery was a bit long compared to the reviews I'd read before.

Labels never received, but reactive customer service for the refund (refund in 48h after my email) I would retenter to place order perhaps later to test the products.

Order received very quickly, but has a defect in the cutting area, there is a slight white border on the left side of each label.

The order did not arrive on time. I had to complain several times and finally request a refund. They did not show any courtesy for the inconvenience caused. After two weeks of waiting I was left without my order.

I've been ordering for many years, but this year I'm disappointed. I had taken a flower model for my daughter. But the design remains on the backing and not on the label. too bad! Otherwise the quality is good

I'm not very happy with the quality of the labels and the fact that there are labels for clothes and objects. I usually buy from a competitor and we can all put them on fabric.
