All very good and fast, the only thing is that I got the wrong labels because I didn't want them to be thermoadesivas but I will wear them anyway because I liked them and this way I can try them and compare which ones are better.

This is the first time I order. The labels are beautiful. Well, I got some of my boys' labels mixed up in the notebooks. On the other hand, some labels are not resistant to washing. I put the iron-on labels on my son's first-grade boxers. Two days later, I put them in the washing machine, and some came off and others cracked. So the iron-on labels aren't great and I'm a bit disappointed.

Order placed on August 16 at my new address, order form enclosed. Labels sent to my old address. Identified the problem by talking to customer service. Reissued but customer service refused express delivery. The labels arrived after the start of the new school year, and I had to find an urgent solution to mark my daughter's belongings.

The girls (11 and 13) loved the choices of designs, they stuck well to the their clothes. They are both really happy with them. I felt they were more difficult to remove from the pack this year, several became misshapen getting them out - I didn't have this problem last time I ordered. If this had been my first order I wouldn't order them again. As it is - I'll get a similar product but maybe from a different company.

The only flaw , in this last order is the fact that the package arrived to me all ruined , half opened and crumpled. I had taken photos but then I left for vacation and can no longer find them as I had to delete photos

They indicate short delivery time to get chosen then contacting customer service it turns out that 48 hours for shipping is at least a week and still can't be sure + between 3 and 10 days for shipping (when ordering it was specified that everything would be delivered in 4 business days). I've been ordering from your site for several years now, and so far I've never been disappointed, and have even recommended it to friends and family. This year, I didn't receive the labels and I'm going back to school without them. Problem with the letter carrier? Address problem? I don't know. Big disappointment, it was the third year I bought them and, to my surprise, the stickers are very bad, it costs a lot to peel them off, some are damaged and no longer stick. Ordered the stick on sticker this time but was really happy with them. They ar3 hard to peel off the backing paying resulting in 1 corner becoming crinkled and then they are easy to peel of the garment. Will be re ordering the iron on ones again as they were great
