Name stickers are great, but hard to get off the page and often the corners curl up.

The gourd is very pretty, I'm just a little worried that the patterns won't last over time - it's like a relief. I took the one with the spout and what's practical is that I've been able to add a classic lid when my little one grows up. So far, I've never been disappointed with my purchases.

Great labels. But delivery took longer than usual.

Package received as requested. It's a pity that you can't get a bigger view when designing the product. But the result lives up to expectations. We'll see over time if it holds up.

The principle is great. You can personalize the labels, which is cool. I used them last year. A lot of them are still in place on clothes and very legible despite a lot of washing. They don't hold up so well in shoes.

Hello, Having ordered several times, I have always been delighted with the adhesive textile labels you offer. I'm very disappointed with the latest ones I've received. For one of the two models, nothing to complain about. However, on the other, the labels don't stick to the garment and if by chance they manage to hold on after a day, they all come off when you put them in the washing machine... Is this a production problem?

I ordered express delivery because I needed the labels very quickly. The order took a long time to be delivered. The express delivery charges were reimbursed but the labels were useless as my son had already left on his school trip when we received them. If I had known that express delivery was not possible, it would have had to be specified in the order and I would not have ordered.

As for the gourd, I'm very disappointed... I received it yesterday. I washed it by hand for the first time this morning. And I've already noticed dents at the base of the gourd... even though I didn't "mistreat" it. Knowing that these are water bottles designed for children, I wonder how long the color will hold up... if after only 2 minutes of use (washed in a stainless steel sink with a brush) it's already showing signs of knocks...

The quality of the product was great but unfortunately I have got to reorder due to a spelling mistake

The product, the stickers with the child's name, are fine. The delivery time is around two weeks.

Very good, except that the labels and the font on them are very large.

Unfortunately, after a short period of use, there is a distinct taste from the silicone straw. The bottle is very high quality and our little one drinks very well from it. The imprint of the name and the design are also very appealing.

Quality product but does not stick to all surfaces. See if it holds after several washes of clothes.

Beautiful labels, but very, very difficult to remove from the backing. When you've got twenty of them to stick on for a trip, you'll be tearing your hair out!

Good service, original and quality products. The only downside I find the shipping time. Unfortunately the goods arrived too late for use (name tags for clothes). I will definitely order again but with more advance notice.

The delivery time for my order had passed. We thought the shipment had been lost. As I absolutely needed the labels, I placed a second order. The first arrived 3 days later. I therefore find the delivery times too long and poorly respected. The product, on the other hand, is beyond reproach.

Items are great quality. They do take a while to be delivered however, but worth ordering ahead of time as alternatives do not so the job as well!

Labels are delivered after the children have left on their trip. The time announced on the site is 2 to 4 days. delivered after 10 days . Interchanged with the company and pretended not to understand... even though a 15% discount had been granted.

I have ordered several times and it has always arrived correctly, this time the order has not arrived, they have sent it to me again and it has not arrived either, they have told me they will refund my money, I thought they were going to be interested because the package would arrive, I do not understand why they do not send a package with tracking.

Convenient and fast delivery.

I've ordered a few times from here and it has been brilliant. This time, my order didn't arrive. That was ok, these things can happen. Emailed- no response. Emailed again - no response. Found they were on Instagram, messaged them - no response. About a week later I got a response on Instagram. They told me I had to email. I'd already done that. Told them I will be going through PayPal to get a refund because their customer service was so bad. They told me I couldn't receive a refund without giving them my order number. I reclaimed my money through PayPal with no problem. A few days later I received an email back, apologising for what had happened and they would send a replacement for free. I am still waiting to see if this arrives. It has been 6 days and they do say up to 10 days. A real shame as in the past, I have recommended this company. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a new website to purchase the same item in the future. It's been 4 weeks now from my first initial purchase. From looking at the reviews on here, It seems it is happening alot.

I am very satisfied with the labels. However, when I placed my order, the site wouldn't load and I had to refresh the page. Thinking that the payment wouldn't be taken into account because my bank hadn't asked me for authorization to validate the transaction, I repeated the order later. The order appeared in my "C-monetiquette" account, but I received two order acknowledgements by e-mail. In fact, the site validated my two orders even though I hadn't authorized payment via my bank application. I ended up with twice the number of labels I had originally ordered, and it's impossible to cancel an order on this site. The products are fine, but the site needs to be updated regarding payment.

Very disappointed with the quality. I ordered the iron-on labels and after the first wash they all came off, even though I followed the instructions for applying them. I had already ordered some a few years ago and the quality was much better!

Very nice gourds with lots of choice of personalization, but one arrived with the first name damaged and already a little removed.
