I always like the company, correct in timing and quality of products. Only note this time are on the new water bottles with plastic straw. They are functional and hassle free, only that the graphic printed on it, loses quality. It looks double printed, there is no depth to the design. I think it is due to the lining material of the water bottle itself.

The package took longer than expected. I was worried because I entered the tracking and it said it was already delivered and it wasn't. Finally it arrived a day later when I had already written to claim. I ordered clothing labels for 3 different children who are not siblings. I am pissed off. The labels didn't stick to the pens. I was asked to send photos and was told there was nothing more we could do. The three months are up and therefore I have no right to complain yes and why should I send photos first???? So zero understanding zero insight nothing. Best to order directly elsewhere.
