The labels are nice, but the crèche pack with the non-iron-on labels isn't great. The labels come off after only two washes.

Petit Fernand overpromises on order processing time. The website states labels are manufactured within 48 hours, shipping takes 3-10 working days. Sadly it's not the case. After contacting customer service I was sent a generic email which was a copy and paste from the website and not an answer to my enquiry. Contacted them again to be told they are experiencing delays. Why is this not mentioned on the website, during placing order or when I contacted customer service the first time. Miss leading customers, poor customer service, missing labels.

I bought a "crèche pack" on the recommendation of our crèche. The labels work perfectly. I have two small regrets: the majority of the labels are iron-on, and when you're a young mother, self-adhesive clothing labels are much more practical. I also find the labels particularly large for clothes for a 4-month-old baby starting nursery. The pack could do with a few improvements. But I have to say that all the labels stick perfectly! Whether on clothes, objects or shoes. We're delighted! Once we've used them all, we'll probably opt for a pack containing only self-adhesive labels for greater convenience and speed.

I bought for the second time two water bottles but they always have the same defect . They do not close the caps well the plastic used breaks easily. As for the part underneath of excellent quality

UPDATE: Very good responsiveness from C Mon étiquette, I'm raising the rating to 4 stars because customer service was efficient in dealing with my problem. I bought 2 water bottle stoppers and both are having trouble closing. My 7-year-old son, and us adults, are also having trouble. It's bad enough that the cap isn't solid (I bought replacement caps, the first one broke after 6 weeks), but if on top of that it's difficult to use, I'm disappointed...

Estimated shipping 3-10 days... well almost 20 go by, 3 emails sent and no response other than the automated one which is of little interest. No news about the package. Stickers are great value and really cute however I'm in the UK and it said delivery was 7-14 days and I waited 4 weeks for the stickers to come.

I have bought the stick on clothing labels , have followed the instructions, waited 24h, worn and then washed at 40 degrees and my surprise was half of the labels were removed from the tag, I thought I will spend more money for quality but what a disappointment will not buy again !

Very large selection, well thought out, practical, quality products. This is not my 1st order. Small downside: the price. The difference between the finished product and the total price. For example, the October promotion advertised 20% off everything. In the end, it covered the cost of delivery. I had the feeling I didn't get any promotion at all, so I was a bit disappointed. It would have been nice to be able to combine the October promotion with the free delivery on minimum orders. Which was 30 (after all)? That said, I recommend it for those who can afford it.

Labels very good, pretty package but very disappointed with the delivery it was a day late although I had paid 9 extra because it was urgent to have ordered them on Thursday to receive them on Monday when it was scheduled for Saturday ... my son was able to go to school on Monday with his clothes marked with permanent marker. I paid for expedited shipping instead the package arrived to me in unneeded time. I had even sent an email explaining my problem and they replied saying to ask my post office. If I pay for expedited shipping it is because I need it in a short period of time and shipping is not my problem otherwise I would have saved myself that money. The package arrived to me after so many days and I was not even refunded for the inconvenience I had. I will not buy labels from this site again.

Very responsive. Labels received in less than a week. However, despite our diligence in sticking them on with the iron, some labels come off after washing. You have to iron them again, and so on. In short, we have to make do!

I ordered 2 personalized water bottles for my children. The only downside is that the print is already starting to come off on one of the bottles. The white elastic around the stopper doesn't hold and keeps falling into the bottles! They're still pretty bottles though...
