Great, great label, good sizes for clothes, objects, shoes. Very practical, beautiful colors (for me, for a boy with dinosaurs), fast shipping and a little sticker sheet as a gift that delighted my son. The labels wash off, just follow the instructions and everything rolls off. I'll recommend them next year with my eyes closed !!!!!

Order processed very quickly, sent the same day by priority mail according to the site. D+11 I still haven't received anything and when I report it, I'm told to wait again! As a reminder, delivery time for priority mail = 1 working day. So I don't mind that there were public holidays, but still. Too bad for me it was urgent. So I don't recommend it. Already called and emailed 4 times, no reply to my request for a refund, so please avoid messages of convenience! I repeat, company far from professional and rigorous in customer service! Flee!

Delivery and presentation was fantastic however the iron on labels are absolutely terrible and a complete waste of money. The majority peeled off almost immediately so I tried reapplying to the labels rather than the fabric of the clothes. Even these are now peeling off after two months. Avoid!

The labels are fine, but in my case they are too long and I have to cut them, as they cannot be cut to a shorter size. The quality seems fine to me, they look good on my products, and they stick in a few seconds with the iron. What I liked the least is that they took a long time to arrive.

I placed an order on 20.10.2022. On 21.10.2022, I received an email that my order had been sent. But it has not arrived. On 28/10/2022 I sent an email complaining and received no reply. Then on 10/31/2022 I called them. They were very helpful when I called them. They created a new order again. And on 11/9/2022 I finally received the order. The quality of the labels is very good, and the designs are nice, but too much delay for me. They should change the delivery service.
