Hello Joanna, We're very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your labels. It's not normal for them to come off if the instructions have been followed correctly. You'll need to set your iron to 200°C (cotton/linen setting, no steam) and wait a few minutes before use. The labels are applied directly to the fabric. Caution: avoid elastic areas and seams.
