The customer service is very efficient. The LunchBox I ordered arrived damaged. The staff was responsive, available, and friendly. They quickly sent me a new box, with a little gift included (very nice stickers, which the child recipient loved! :) ). On top of that, the products are of good quality - especially their water bottles. I highly recommend.

I always shop at this store to label the girl's clothes. The iron-on labels are very good, but now I have found the ones that stick to the clothes and I love them; especially when I'm in a hurry and don't feel like getting the iron out. They are wonderful and withstand wash after wash. Perhaps not as much as the iron-on ones, but they hold up a lot.
