We ordered a lunch box for our niece for her first day at school, it was defective within a very short time and after contacting customer service, they said that they can no longer do anything for an order that is older than three months, neither a repair nor a new delivery or a refund. Cheeky, especially with children's products !!!! Absolutely no recommendation to buy!!!!!

Absolutely love the stickers and iron on labels.I buy them every year for my granddaughters school clothes and pencils. There are lots of picture designs and colours for her to choose from. The package was lost, the company took care to resend it at no extra cost and it arrived fast and perfect. The labels are really simple and beautiful, although they occasionally come off in the wash but I chose for speed and convenience the ones not to be ironed on clothes so even if they do come off the cost is so low that it is worth putting it back on and without any effort. Great!

Big downside: I wanted to have them quickly before leaving on vacation, so I took express delivery (max 48h). On the website, the order was prepared in 24 hours, even though it took longer... + delivery time not respected... What's the point of taking this option at 9 to receive them 5 days later like a standard delivery? Too bad about that. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied with my purchase.
