Our order didn't arrive on time so we contacted customer services and Matthias was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue, we had to reach out to him a couple of times due and each time he was polite and professional, despite the items being delayed we have been very happy with the customer service.

Order labels for my grandson and unfortunately, they didn't arrive, I contacted the sell and they were so supportive and offered me another order to be sent out straight away, no fuss, no issue just couldn't be more helpful, I truly believe it was a postal problem why I didn't receive my order and not the fault of the company. I've been ordering my kids' labels from this site for a while now. The labels are very good, they stick pretty well and resist washing. But the only downside, for which I'm only giving 3 stars, is the delivery time! 10 days for delivery is particularly long. You don't want to run out at home, so anticipate your needs!

So far I've tested the "object" labels on my 4-month-old's bottles. They haven't moved all week, they're water and heat resistant, so I'm waiting to see what happens in the long term. As for the clothes, I haven't had a chance to wash them yet, so we'll see.
