I had first made an order for both stick on labels and iron on labels, the iron on labels weren't up to much so was in contact with customer service who suggested I may have a faulty batch and sent out more iron on stickers free of charge , the second lot work just as they should and all are great quality and very user friendly to apply. Great customer service. Items are shipped from France so there is a slight wait but I will be ordering from here again

Purchase of labels for objects. The letter containing the order was lost by the postal service. Very quick response, the order was returned immediately, at the seller's expense. Very good, responsive customer service. The labels I received are very nice and stick very well, just like last year's labels, which were still on the felt pens after a whole year of kindergarten!
