I have bought more times the labels for school. This time I don't know what happened that the labels didn't arrive. I spoke to the team and the same day of the incident they put new labels in place. I have to say that they gave me several options to choose from. The labels arrived and I sent them a photo. They told me that they were the first ones and that the second ones were on their way. I told them if I would return them or pay for them and they said no. I am very grateful to them because they are very helpful. First time I ordered name labels from this company and I love the designs you can choose to make it unique to your child. The labels are very good quality and they have gone through the wash many times, both dishwashing and laundry! All the labels remain intact and in excellent condition still, fully recommend. The products were reasonably priced as well. Did take a while to arrive, but not a huge downside considering the company and their very well-made products.
