Customer service was helpful at the beginning, sent new product. It never arrived! When asked, it was assumed that the goods had arrived, although it was stated that the adhesives would come off after one wash. But the bombs stick in the washing machine. For me, this is definitely not a recommendation!

We ordered name stickers in different variations. The selection of motifs and color components is really appealing, there is something for everyone. The stickers have held up perfectly so far. One variant was faulty, but after a brief consultation we were sent new stickers straight away. Great service, very fast delivery!

I initially left a poor review as I found the sticker labels came off in a 30 degree wash. Petit-Fernand reached out to me to contact them and they let me know they passed the information on to their production department. They have also said they will resend my order to me. Very happy with their customer service and rectifying the issue.

This time we ordered stickers for clothes to put the name on the labels because sometimes it is more practical than the thermo-adhesive ones. I've put several and I've washed the clothes and they don't come off. I find them very practical for when you are in a hurry. I will use them more than the others for sure.
