Paid goods have still not arrived after 2 weeks. I was only put off in response to my email. They would take care of the request. Calls are also not answered, super annoying and not customer-friendly. I had ordered here some time ago, but things were much better then.

I can confirm that it was produced within the agreed 48 hours and handed over to the postal service as priority rate on Monday, July 11, 2022. The delivery time should be between 2 and 6 working days. These times can sometimes be extended due to postal service issues.

Good morning, I placed an order and it never arrived, I contacted PETIT FERNAND and they gave me the option of either refunding my money or sending me the order again and I chose to have them send it back to me ..... and it has NEVER EVER ARRIVED ?
