Well, at the moment I can only rate the customer service at Esistmeins.de and it's great. I made a mistake when ordering and the customer service employee was incredibly helpful and corrected it. I am very grateful for that. The labels look very good, whether they will stand the test of time remains to be seen. Shipping was a little slower than I'm used to, but it didn't come from Germany either. If you need it quickly, Esistmeins.de is not the best choice. But as I said, the customer service is unbeatable.

object label, doesn't stick to the objects, which is the last straw. I read that the object had to be clean for a perfect adésions, it was the case. Disappointed, it's not even back to school yet and it doesn't fit. I'll never buy again.

The iron-on signs arrived here lovingly wrapped in a small booklet. It was great fun to see the result. The great thing about it is that you always have the tags together, nothing can lie around and after ironing it doesn't scratch (it's one level with the fabric). And there are also great stickers at the end of the booklet. Super quality.

Great lunch boxes! And I also think it's great that the stickers are sent as a booklet. What I didn't find so great was that I received an invoice for import costs (over CHF 20 for 2 lunch boxes and a few stickers). On the website it says that shipping is free worldwide for stickers and 6 euros for lunch boxes, but there was no mention of import costs. The print on the lunch box is not on the box itself, but on an adhesive film that is then stuck to the lid. This is ok, but I wasn't aware of this when I ordered.

Hello, I have already ordered clothing stickers 3 times. The first batch was easy to remove and stuck well to the clothing, the second hardly came off the film and the third had labels coming off from time to time. The experiences became increasingly disappointing, but I will order again because the quality and design, the price, the shipping time and the easy handling of the order make me want to try again.

Best product ever purchased for labelling clothes, water bottles, shoes, book bags
Has stuck for an entire school year through washes, tumble drying, dishwasher and I can peel off and hand down clothes and items without leaving my child's name. Speedy production and so many options to personalise. Fab price too!
