Despite several attempts, it's impossible to drink water from the flask I ordered. When sucked in, no liquid seems to pass through. This makes the bottle unusable. Very disappointed

Customer service is excellent and very responsive. I had a problem with the delivery of an order, and they did everything they could to find a solution. They even reshipped another order at their expense so that I could get the product on time. Finally, the 2 parcels were delivered to me and the 2nd parcel. And when I wanted to return it, they told me to keep it as a commercial gesture. Thank you to the Cmonetiquette team for their professionalism and extreme kindness.
