I am a returning customer and would never go elsewhere for labels. The customisation tool is easy to use and something my daughter now uses to design her own labels. The quality of the labels is high. The value for money is fantastic. One thing we did miss this year was the extra sheet of stickers in the pack which is normally sent! it was a nice little extra touch we had gotten used to :-) but if you could bring them back? Then 10/10

Very bad experience! Hands off! I waited weeks for the name stickers and they never came. Firstly, when I ordered them it said they would be delivered in 4 days. But they never came. Then I contacted customer service and was informed that the order was in transit. But the product never arrived!
