When I placed the order I made a last minute change that was not saved, I spoke with customer service and very kindly attended me to solve it. When I received it I saw that it was wrong and as I wrote to comment on it, they responded by giving me a solution. It seems to me very effective and professional to want to provide a solution at all times and quickly.

I am pissed off. The labels didn't stick to the pens. I was asked to send photos and was told there was nothing more we could do. The three months are up and therefore I have no right to complain yes and why should I send photos first???? So zero understanding zero insight nothing. Best to order directly elsewhere. Hands off !!!!!!

Also, from a legal point of view, unfortunately we cannot reship items more than three months after the date of the order. So understanding and insight: we refunded 15% of the amount of your order and also sent you a 20% discount code so that you could order new labels that better fit the format of your pens.
