I paid 10 euros for fast shipping and didn't receive it on time. Customer service didn't even make a commercial gesture, very little communication. Very disappointing. I won't recommend them again.

I placed my order on Thursday afternoon and asked for delivery in 24 hours. Chronopost delivered at 10 and normally I should have received it on Saturday, but I finally received it on Monday.
