This site is not even worth one star. I ordered for the second time because I thought it would go well like the first time. Now this time I had a very bad experience. I ordered adhesive labels that were supposed to arrive within 3-10 working days by normal standard letter, then they were supposedly produced again and sent out again by standard letter and I didn't receive them again. For me it is very strange alone that a normal standard letter takes 3-10 working days and with german post if you hack 1-3 working days it means ... well that was the very last time I paid thank god via paypal and thus got my money back.

Since production takes 48 hours, your order was shipped on September 11th, less than 48 hours. If you allow 10 working days for delivery, your order should arrive on September 23rd at the latest. As you have requested a refund via Paypal, you will probably receive a free order. I am disappointed with my order. The site is not clear enough when we place an order for the 1st time. I wanted to order labels to stick on the garments, not on the labels already present on the garment! There's no personal interest in ordering personalized labels to stick on a label! I might as well mark the first name directly on the garment label! I've wasted 20 euros and ended up with 100 unusable labels, since they're supposed to be put on a label!

The website advertises that name labels will be produced within 48 hours. It is now day 10 and there is no sign of the labels. Supposedly they have already been delivered. My children's school supplies were not labeled for days. I then ordered elsewhere. Refund at EsistMeins = no reply. NEVER AGAIN

Your labels are great Only I feel a bit cheated by your way of doing things. Thanks to a purchase at La Redoute, I received an e-mail saying that I was entitled to 20 labels for free, paying only 6 for postage. I ordered labels, a gourd and a snack box. Two weeks after school and parts of my daughter's name are already missing (2 letters out of 4... ). The Snow Queen drawing is also missing. My 6-year-old daughter doesn't use her water bottle very much. Washing is done by hand. It would have been better to apply a protective coating to the decorative stickers. After all, they're just stickers stuck on the bottles. I really expected a higher quality product, given the purchase price. This was my first and last order with you. I wanted to change this year but I would have had to stay with your competitors.
