UPDATE: Very good responsiveness from C Mon étiquette, I'm raising the rating to 4 stars because customer service was efficient in dealing with my problem. I bought 2 water bottle stoppers and both are having trouble closing. My 7-year-old son, and us adults, are also having trouble.
