The products are beautiful, and of good quality. Being able to personalize it by adding more than just the name I loved it. The customer service is top notch! I had a problem and they gave me a better solution than I expected. I would definitely recommend it!

The product did not arrive on schedule and I had to call customer service twice asking where the product went because the tracking showed that it had already arrived at my house. I needed it before school started and I ordered it 3 weeks in advance but it arrived safely.

The gourds are beautiful but not delivered in 5 working days as advertised on the site. Annoying when you don't have the gift for the big day. The package was opened but nothing was missing.

I have purchased both clothing labels and labels for my daughter's various items from them and after a year of nesting they are all still intact well adhered and with perfect colors. having paid for rapid delivery via chronopost, delivery scheduled for 02 September, I only received my parcel on Monday 4 September. Big disappointment for me who wanted to label my children's things before the start of the new school year.

UPDATE: received a full refund and ordered different stickers that have been great, also really good customer service, thank you. Really disappointed with the stickers this time around. I've been ordering for a few years now and always been great but this time they don't stick very well and keep peeling off everything *no email received as of yet*
