Order process was easy and the children enjoyed choosing their designs. Delivery isn't the fastest but that was made clear when I ordered. The extra fun stickers are a nice touch but I would rather have paid less or got more name stickers for my money as they will be wasted - my children are 9 and 11. Frustratingly, a couple of the and stickers I stuck into clothes came off in the first wash and I found them stuck to other things. I've never had this problem with the brand I usually use. If any more come off, I will approach the company for a refund. I probably won't order from here again.

In other cases, and even if the order contains several different names, we do not necessarily send several booklets for reasons of paper consumption and staples (ecological responsibility).
