Easy to navigate in the website. Products with good quality. Just the payment part, via banking transfer could be more clear, as the website is priced in GBP and the bank account in France is in EUR, so I had to do the exchange conversion by myself and hope that was aligned with the site.

It was not clear in the advertisement that the goods come from France and therefore the postal delivery time is quite long.

Very long waiting time, never happened to us before. Ordered the goods on 29.04.3023, transferred the money on 05.05.2023, the goods were sent on 10.05.2023 (3-10 working days) and I still haven't received the goods today (31.05.2023). This doesn't make me all that happy.

The labels were difficult to remove from the backing. After complaint + photos, the product was replaced and reshipped free of charge. That's all very well, but I didn't get the correct labels until 10 days later, which made it difficult for me to put them on the garments they were intended for.

Quality labels, which I have been ordering for a while now and have never been disappointed. Very fast delivery in a few days. I had ordered a set as a gift and various things for myself. I was very surprised when the order arrived and was completely mixed up. Some sheets from the set were completely loose. I now have to unravel the two booklets, sort everything and re-staple so that the things that belong together are together. A lot of fiddling and time that I would have liked to have saved myself. Shipping also took quite a long time. Fortunately, the quality of the labels is good.

The site is fun, the prices are right, the choice of colors and fonts could be wider, but what it offers is already sufficient. I like the combination of colors and patterns. I bought the pack with iron-on clothing labels last year, and nothing has moved. The clothing stickers are practical for just one occasion, but should come off in about ten washes, in my opinion. The shoe labels are also holding up very well, and the item labels are perfect. Frankly, I'm very happy with my purchase, and I didn't hesitate for a second to place another order for my son's new clothes.
