The booklet was in an envelope. It arrived totally curled and creased! As a result, all the pages I bought had a defect or blemish. The letter also looked like it had been wet once. What a pity. Not worth the money in this condition!

Nice labels, affordable price and understanding customer service. Only downside: the late delivery meant that we couldn't use the labels because they arrived on the day our child left on his trip, despite the 48-hour delivery time announced (which is why we'd chosen this brand in the first place). Should we order again (now that we know the brand) we'll keep a margin for delivery to avoid this little inconvenience. As soon as I put them on, some iron-on labels came off in the first wash. However, I seem to have correctly applied the procedure (hot iron, 8s without steam with the sulfur paper supplied). Hopefully others won't come off too quickly.
