The iron-on labels came off after a few washes. I did follow the instructions... The self-adhesive clothing labels also came off. I'm very disappointed and have to start all over again labelling clothes for school. Only the labels for objects are valid.

I placed an order on 20.10.2022. On 21.10.2022, I received an email that my order had been sent. But it has not arrived. On 28/10/2022 I sent an email complaining and received no reply. Then on 10/31/2022 I called them. They were very helpful when I called them. They created a new order again. And on 11/9/2022 I finally received the order. The quality of the labels is very good, and the designs are nice, but too much delay for me. They should change the delivery service.

I have been ordering labels for 4 years but in the last order I received, the quality of the thermoadhesive labels dropped significantly. It is much more difficult to stick them with an iron, and in one wash in the washing machine they came off. I do not recommend thermoadhesive labels.

Nice labels, affordable price and understanding customer service. Only downside: the late delivery meant that we couldn't use the labels because they arrived on the day our child left on his trip, despite the 48-hour delivery time announced (which is why we'd chosen this brand in the first place).
