I ordered the labels over 3 weeks ago and have not received them. I have contacted customer service to at least know the tracking number and the shipping company so I can find out where my order is and they won't even give it to me...I don't know what to do...there is no way to get an answer. I rectify: I have finally received a reply and they have offered to refund my money or reship. I appreciate the response, better late than never!

Hello Order placed a bit late but the team works efficiently so I received the labels before the start of the school year. You're top notch. Just one small problem: ..... A bit small but it can be helped.

The product overall very nice! The only thing is that shipping took a very long time!

I purchased that iron on labels for my children's uniform my little boy has been going to nursery about the holidays I have washed his T-shirt one with the label on and it has already come off! Unfortunately I've purchased these for four of my children I think they are a waste of money and will be purchasing a permanent pen! ??

The order has not arrived yet but they have already contacted me to solve it in a very kind way.

The self-adhesive labels are great, but the iron-on labels aren't as easy to use as with other brands. What's more, I chose a typeface with a visual that was legible on my screen, unfortunately in real life you have to squint. I'd order again, but only self-adhesive ones.

The labels are badly punched. Almost all of them come off badly or tear at the corners. The small labels don't stick to pens or brushes. I had to fix them all with sellotape. It was a lot of work to stick them all over again.

Unfortunately I have no opinion on the product, as I didn't like the delivery. Tracked delivery would have been appreciated, as otherwise no recourse is possible. It's a shame.

Update: very responsive and accommodating customer service who called me very quickly and suggested several solutions; thank you very much for your responsiveness and kindness! Fast, careful dispatch, received less than a week after ordering. The labels are of good quality and are holding up well so far. The booklet system is very practical for storing them and not damaging them. The lunch box is huge! The customizable cotton bag is perfect for holding spare parts. On the other hand, the isothermal water bottle has 3 major faults: the cap cannot be closed, even by an adult (so the bottle is never closed!); - the rotation system for the leak-proof cap is very difficult for a 3-year-old to grasp; - the absence of an air release system makes it very uncomfortable, if not impossible, to use.

The stickers are beautiful. But the delivery times are very long, even if you take into account that production takes place in France. My order also got lost in the first shipment. After many back and forth messages with the friendly customer service, I finally received the stickers after another shipment about three and a half weeks after ordering. The messages emphasized that delivery can take up to 8 working days and that you should only make an entry after 10 working days without receipt. No reference is made to this in the order. It simply states that the ordered products will be manufactured and handed over to the post office within 48 hours. I would therefore order elsewhere next time.

Good value for money, fast delivery

Order made on 8/08 received on 29/08 customer service not responsive enough in my opinion because waste of time despite my reminders, for my part this is the 3rd time I order I do not know if I retenter for the blow!

Product as described. Labels hold very well, fast delivery. 2nd year ordering and nothing to say, satisfied.

I had to put sticky paper around all my son's pencils. The sides wouldn't stick. Too bad, because the labels are really nice.

I think the labels are too large for pens, pencils, felt-tip pens and some school supplies.

It was my first time and I'm delighted with her help at the nursery for my 3 babies. I'll do it again next year for school.

Product quality is indisputable. Respect for deadlines is not. Result: children gone before they've received their order!

I'm happy with the labels, the only downside being that the larger ones were badly precut. Apart from that, impeccable as always.

Machine-peelable self-adhesive label ...

a little on the small 1-line adhesive labels. They're hard to peel off. For the others, the color is perfect and the little drawings are fun. My daughters have loved them for several years now.

Very good quality. However, the labels are a little large, especially for pens and pencils.

The labels are very pretty and hold well to the clothes! Only hitch: no payment confirmation message... Received on time... Very satisfied?

I like the tests are a little long compared to what is said ?? but we take in advance ??

Fast delivery, great labels, but way too much packaging/waste!

I still love these labels, but this year they are badly cut on 1 booklet, so you almost have to tear them off or start cutting them again.

Item label very good. On the other hand, iron-on labels are not great! The labels don't stick to almost any fabric and come off with the 1st wash.

I usually order my labels from this site. Fast delivery. Always spot on and very handy for labeling all the kids' stuff. Nice rendering. Just a shame the shoe labels aren't lined like they used to be.

Great looking and stick well when 1st applied. .. unfortunately after 1 wash they were kind of hanging off…

Great quality. Unfortunately, I had to order twice because it was canceled after the first order. That's why I placed the same order again. In the end it came twice and the money was debited twice accordingly. Now I have more than I perhaps need.

I've been ordering for 4 years, but for two years now the labels have been peeling off very badly and tearing before I've even used them. Too bad
