Easy to use and so far they are holding up. So far, delighted with the purchase.

The labels are really great! Easy to glue or iron-on, and they hold up really well! I ordered the personalized snack box for my son who is in kindergarten. The box is quite large, but the only drawback is its weight... it's very heavy to carry for children on school outings, but it's solid enough!

Labels arrived promptly, as expected, except for one whose pink background with white writing was too light to read. Satisfied overall.

The quality is very good, I had to wash the child's shoes with the shoe labels, they are not supposed to withstand the washing machine and they are perfect?

Good value for money, good range of sizes for the stickers, fast delivery. Some stickers do not stay on as long as others and found after 2/3 washes they had fallen off.

Disappointed with the object labels. They come off!?? Iron-on labels are perfect.

It took a long time because the order was lost and I had to send it again, but in the end it arrived and the labels were better than expected.

They peel off very quickly for my taste if you put it on clothes that are not washed very well, but if you stick it on clothes that need to be washed a lot, it will peel off in no time.

Good quality flask, but the color chosen for personalizing the first name is disappointing: it doesn't match the color on the site. A preview could have avoided disappointment. Not dramatic, but at almost 30 a gourd (including shipping), we deserve better!

Today, August 8. Order placed on July 30. Still not received. Tracking blocked. 50.97 debited. Are you serious? Or should I estimate the amount paid as lost. 2 emails sent to the customer support reply. Do you really exist? Please explain!

Nice selection of labels and simple design and the delivery time was as promised. Unfortunately, the iron-on labels do not stick to the clothes despite following the instructions exactly. They peel off after the first wash and the corners are already coming loose again on unworn clothes. I hope that at least the labels for the shoes hold as promised.

Labels do not always hold after washing. Received package much too late. Shipment took too long.

Two stars only because they respond to emails. There is a lot of competition in this area, more than someone like me not receiving labels. Ordered and paid for 50 pieces on July 16. To date nothing

Made order on July 16,to date nothing has arrived. I wrote to the customer service ,they replied that they were sorry for the disservice caused by the postal services,I requested either a refund or again a postponement of the order since I had already paid and never received anything. They rescheduled my order on the 28th and today August 2 they finally arrived. I am sorry that they outsource shipments to the post office which is more times the mail does not arrive than the times it does. I don't blame Petit because it didn't arrive the first time,but I recommend them to change couriers.

I'm really pleased with the fabric snack bags and the labels to stick on school supplies. Very good quality and very pretty! On the other hand, I'd strongly advise against iron-on labels for clothes ... after several years with a competitor's brand, I wanted to change models (always very pretty) but the labels come off in the first wash (I stuck them on properly). I'm really disappointed with this product!

Although I would have liked to be able to delete the photos selected by mistake instead of having to replace them... The result is great! And no headaches?

Average rating because I received someone else's order. After calling customer service, I received my order very quickly at no extra charge. I will therefore take the risk of ordering from this site again.

the labels are superb and effective but the size was not requested enough. i did not see that there were several dimensions otherwise i would have chosen rectangular and not square.too bad.

I received my order quickly. (Kindergarten pack) only the labels for the shoes were missing. I made a complaint on July 2 and to this day have not received a reply. I tried to contact by phone but impossible to get someone.

I had a little problem because my cheque took more than 20 days to arrive. They were quite responsive when they received it and got back to me. The labels are perfect.

I am still waiting for my order and have had no response from customer service via email (they say will respond within 24 hours but haven't) and when I ring it says all agents are busy and to contact them via email. Whilst I acknowledge this is still within the advised delivery time (I ordered 8 days ago) I would really like an update on when I should receive them as required for nursery start date next week. I think the website is misleading in that it advertises they are ësent within 48 hours' which made me assume that even if sent second class I would receive the order within a week. It was only when I received the order confirmation email that it said delivery time was 2-10 working days so 2.5 weeks from ordering. I think it should be much clearer at the point of ordering how long the delivery process is as if I'd known I'd have chosen a different company where I'd be guaranteed to receive it within a week of ordering. Disappointed.

Product conforms and practical, I am happy and I repeat an order today. Delivered very quickly. The only downside is that the label is a bit large for small clothes, a choice of sizes could be a plus.

....order made on July 8, sent email for information about it on July 16, today July 20 not even a response. If the package is late no problem it can happen, but in front of a delay I expect in the first place that they warn me and at least respond to email, now I do not know if it will ever arrive. I hope they don't take the time to respond on truspilot and not to my email. Update: after the review the email response also arrived, and the envelope a few days later. I repeat myself, delay can happen however the email response should be faster.

The labels are thick and peel off small objects, unlike those ordered from a competitor.

Two orders that I placed arrived well and fast but the gift that I have made to my friend has not arrived, how can it be that I ordered them with a day's difference. They arrived days later, I testify my valuation.

The order arrived so late but it arrived. The labels are beautiful.

Website was easy to navigate and delivery was fine as I wasn't in any rush. The only reason I haven't put 5 is more to do with the labels themselves in that they are a little small for how we use them and you could do with a few more on the sheet. It was great having the option of a smaller cost for less labels but I'll need to order some more so I'd rather pay a little extra for more labels. Overall the labels were lovely and service was good.

I have purchased hot melt adhesive labels on several occasions. Always very good, but this one has been lifted in the first wash.

This is my second order on this site. I was already pleasantly surprised by the first products I received (kit school labels). For my second order, no surprise. Always a quality product. If I had to give a note for improvement, the thinner object labels should be more numerous than the "large" labels. I didn't have enough to make the markers and pencils. A bit of a shame. Fortunately, the first kit I ordered in the past helped me out. Delivery is fast.

So far very satisfied with the site, I had a bad experience recently. I received an order from someone else. I did what was necessary to have my order returned. As a gesture of goodwill, I asked if it was possible to apply a promotional code that came out just after I'd placed the order. I was refused. It's a pity because I used to order every year, but unfortunately I'm going to change next year.
