I am still waiting for my order and have had no response from customer service via email (they say will respond within 24 hours but haven't) and when I ring it says all agents are busy and to contact them via email. Whilst I acknowledge this is still within the advised delivery time (I ordered 8 days ago) I would really like an update on when I should receive them as required for nursery start date next week. I think the website is misleading in that it advertises they are ësent within 48 hours' which made me assume that even if sent second class I would receive the order within a week. It was only when I received the order confirmation email that it said delivery time was 2-10 working days so 2.5 weeks from ordering. I think it should be much clearer at the point of ordering how long the delivery process is as if I'd known I'd have chosen a different company where I'd be guaranteed to receive it within a week of ordering. Disappointed.

Product conforms and practical, I am happy and I repeat an order today. Delivered very quickly. The only downside is that the label is a bit large for small clothes, a choice of sizes could be a plus.

....order made on July 8, sent email for information about it on July 16, today July 20 not even a response. If the package is late no problem it can happen, but in front of a delay I expect in the first place that they warn me and at least respond to email, now I do not know if it will ever arrive. I hope they don't take the time to respond on truspilot and not to my email. Update: after the review the email response also arrived, and the envelope a few days later. I repeat myself, delay can happen however the email response should be faster.

The labels are thick and peel off small objects, unlike those ordered from a competitor.

Two orders that I placed arrived well and fast but the gift that I have made to my friend has not arrived, how can it be that I ordered them with a day's difference. They arrived days later, I testify my valuation.

The order arrived so late but it arrived. The labels are beautiful.

Website was easy to navigate and delivery was fine as I wasn't in any rush. The only reason I haven't put 5 is more to do with the labels themselves in that they are a little small for how we use them and you could do with a few more on the sheet. It was great having the option of a smaller cost for less labels but I'll need to order some more so I'd rather pay a little extra for more labels. Overall the labels were lovely and service was good.

I have purchased hot melt adhesive labels on several occasions. Always very good, but this one has been lifted in the first wash.

This is my second order on this site. I was already pleasantly surprised by the first products I received (kit school labels). For my second order, no surprise. Always a quality product. If I had to give a note for improvement, the thinner object labels should be more numerous than the "large" labels. I didn't have enough to make the markers and pencils. A bit of a shame. Fortunately, the first kit I ordered in the past helped me out. Delivery is fast.

So far very satisfied with the site, I had a bad experience recently. I received an order from someone else. I did what was necessary to have my order returned. As a gesture of goodwill, I asked if it was possible to apply a promotional code that came out just after I'd placed the order. I was refused. It's a pity because I used to order every year, but unfortunately I'm going to change next year.

Iron-on labels of rather good quality. Some of them came off in the first wash; perhaps we hadn't done as we'd asked...?

I'm disappointed. I took over 140 self-adhesive labels for my son's clothes that I couldn't use because they wash out.

The labels are great but the delivery service is terrible. Two weeks for delivery!!! The labels arrived after my daughter left for camp. As this is her last year as a "little one", the labels ended up as decoration. Over 20 euros down the drain! :-(

Labels if you follow the instructions in 8 seconds they attach. Only flaw I read later that on have to attach to pre-existing garment labels. If not if they get washed they come off. I wanted them for external right on the fabric. Overall a good product. I give 4 stars instead of 5 just x this reason.

I received square self-adhesive labels with a thin white font that was almost illegible on a green background. I wish the site could have prevented us from making such a choice. I wrote to the brand's customer service department but never received a return. As for the iron-on labels, they come off very often, which is dangerous for a small child who could choke on them. Not really suitable for nurseries, I think!

They are very nice and of good quality but they no longer use the tracing paper for the thermo adhesive labels nor the transparent stickers that protect the shoes, as was the case with my last order, so they have quickly lost their color.

Quite disappointed, the colors are much blander than before. You can barely see the name.

The material sold is always great, but the shipping method is bad. Every time you have to go to the post office to pick up the package because the seller is not contacted at the time of pickup.

Fast shipping. Clear site and easy to place orders. Very nice products. I purchased the large bags with the printed name: the print nice and clean, only flaw the washing directions I washed them in the washing machine, inside out and they did not get ruined. A little tricky to iron the fabric.

Hello, I ordered iron-on labels and followed the recommendation to the letter so that they would stick to the clothes, then 3 days later I put one of the shirts on my son, then put it in the washing machine at the end of the day and out of the machine the label started to come off... I'm disappointed...

The scout pack labels come in handy. The self-adhesive labels are easy to stick on, but come off in the wash if the backing is more rigid. But all in all, I'm very happy with them!
