The labels themselves are really good. The biggest problem is the delivery time. On my first order I waited a month and a half, and on the second, I'm still waiting after more than 3 weeks.

Absolutely love the design and the idea but unfortunately the iron on labels have started to come off in the wash after only one wear/wash. I'd say 75% of the labels have come off in my washing machine and the others are hanging off, half stuck on. I have ironed them to the clothes labels which I'm pretty sure you're able to do? Left items a week before wearing and only ever wash at either 30 or 40 degrees. Worst thing is when I was doing all my sons nursery clothes, I loved the design and the fact ironing them on wasn't the worst job in the world, I ordered more for in the future (next size of clothing) so I now have another batch on the way but I don't want to spend a whole evening ironing them to come off in the washing machine. Overall, visually beautiful but practically not great.

Disappointed with the quality for the price, frankly... The paint is coming off and my son hasn't even had it a week.

The product arrived on time and in good condition, but many of the labels don't peel off or only with great difficulty. I'm disappointed because I had already ordered two batches and there were no problems. In my opinion, the quality has deteriorated.

Fast delivery, contents protected. Press well with iron for iron-on labels, otherwise they tend to come off (on 1st fitting or after 1st wash).

Bjr, a little disappointed by the presentation of the product: the different sheets were very badly stapled and the sheets were very badly positioned.

Hello, I was very disappointed with my last order, which unfortunately was ordered during the stormy weather of the last few weeks. My parcel arrived soaking wet and some of the labels are unusable. They should be put in plastic envelopes. It's a real shame because this is the first time I've had such an experience.

I tried several times to put the iron at 200 on it but the edges didn't stick and at the 1st wash I found it in the washing machine ????

The order took 20 days to arrive.

I received the stickers quite quickly but they weren't well cut so unfortunately not very usable in the end. That said, I used Le Petit Fernard stickies a few times in the past and usually they deliver great products.

Everything great except for the choice to outsource the shipping service to the post office which does not allow tracking of the delivery. I have placed several orders and most of the times the delivery was fast enough, only once the wait was longer, but always within the 10 day maximum promised.

Fast and careful delivery. Product meets my expectations and seems to be of good quality, but the labels are very difficult to remove.

Very nice and practical labels. However, much less so when there are no labels on the clothes, as is the case with socks...

Very nice labels but I made a mistake I ordered a double and when I wanted to cancel it was impossible I'm a little disappointed with the SAV especially that I wanted to cancel 10 minutes after my order as soon as I realized ... It's not very correct I think!

I chose a tractor as the image for my son's labels and when I received them, there was no image on the label so the writing wasn't centered on the label... it's not pretty at all and it makes a big closet with nothing on the side.

I bought the labels for my little girl when she goes to school, they are very pretty, and the price is reasonable.

The water bottles are very nice and light, the girls liked them very much. We will evaluate their thermal capacity in the summer but, at the moment, we are satisfied.

They have not worked as expected, they have peeled off after a couple of uses.

Fast delivery and very easy to order: choose the model, type in the name and off you go. Only downside: I have my doubts about the effectiveness of the iron-on labels. I've only washed them once and they're already coming off.

some labels don't fit properly

The labels are of good quality. It's a pity that some letters are difficult to read against the background. Round formats are missing for object labels.

Was really looking forward to receiving these labels as my 1year old starts nursery in a couple of weeks. Over two weeks later and I still haven't received them. When I requested a refund, there was no means of an apology/offering an alternative, just literally "have a nice day." If items I've ordered from the US can arrive within two weeks of ordering, then so can something which is coming from France (I'm in the UK so a lot closer!)

Having ordered labels from your site on several occasions, I was disappointed by the self-adhesive labels which peel off on the 1st wash, so I ordered thermo-adhesive labels which need to be protected with greaseproof paper, which is normally enclosed! Unfortunately, the parchment paper wasn't included with my order, which is a shame! I'm going to have to buy some, it's just not right!
