Not receiving it on the expected date, I requested a refund for the shipping costs, which were refunded to me, and upon receiving the order that was still not mine, I filed a complaint for a refund and that was refunded to me. I was disappointed with this order.

I love the products, especially the labels which are great 👌 but the caps of the water bottles with straws are very fragile... Already 2 have broken (the first one received a small bump, and for the second, a piece of plastic came off in my hand while opening it, yet I am much gentler than my children 😜) and 1 is leaking.. Luckily the water bottles are great and we can order extra caps! I ordered the snack box which is really pretty, but I'm afraid that the print (P'tit Loup) will peel off quickly and that the closures on the sides won't hold up long against little hands.. we'll see over time as they seem fragile to me 🤞

Good. This is the second time I order a water bottle for my daughter this year. They are very pretty and sturdy, however the inscriptions do not last a full school year, which is annoying given the price. The last one I ordered has my daughter's name already partially worn off and yet I do not put it in the dishwasher. But my daughter loves her personalized water bottles.

very nice, colorful and above all practical thing - not only for children but also for older people/home residents, where items need to be marked. The labels stick very well to objects.
