Good quality of products that I have been using for four years already. Less happy with the waiting time that lasted over fifteen days with free shipping.

The labels are great however the delivery time (over 10 days from printing) is definitely long.

Time too long for delivery

The product very well, I had already made other orders before and very well, the transport bad, slow, the first shipment did not arrive and I had to send it back from petit

It took two weeks for the stickers to be shipped and then I didn't even receive them. This caused a lot of inconvenience as I needed the stickers as soon as possible. I happily accepted a refund after contacting customer care about the failed delivery and they were helpful and efficient at dealing with my issue.

I like the treatment and the quality of the product. The only problem was the delivery time of the delivery man, but Petit-fernand responded promptly and assumed the cost of shipping when the service was delayed.

Very nice labels, very customizable and durable

It is to improve the shipping too long time , on the other hand the staff on the customer service phone is very kind.

The quality of the product is good but the delivery took much longer than usual, I even paid for express shipping and even then it didn't arrive quickly, it took more than 1 week and honestly it leaves much to be desired in that aspect.

I ordered labels, they took a long time to arrive and were different in size than expected. Prices have risen a lot in recent years

Really nice labels & fonts to choose from. Unfortunately, an iron on label fell off after washing an item just once. I'd prefer them not to feel as plastic & shiny also. The look is great though, especially being able to choose the same colour background as the item of clothing.

I don't give 5 stars for shipping, but the stickers are beautifully made

Very happy at first. However, I have been using only stick-on labels for bottles or bags from the booklet so far. Now my daughter goes to school, I started using the ironed-on labels and the stick-on labels onto the actual garments label, and these don't stay! The first started to be wrinkly and eventually came off after a few washes, the latter also goes eventually after washes, but also can't cope with Napisan wash! What's the point! I feel like going back to old-fashion labelling and stitching fabric labels onto clothes. At least they would stay in place and can be removed when it's time to give away or sale! I'll stick to the stick-on labels for items only. Those are great!

The labels never arrived, I claimed the refund and in about 5 days I got my money back, but we were very sad that they did not arrive because we thought they were beautiful.

Product as described. I had to wait several days but customer service responded promptly and was very helpful.

Everything flawless except the long delivery time.

The stickers the second time I washed the clothes they all came off, for nursery clothes it is a bit cumbersome.

When I booked the order it was mentioned 7-10 days to get it . Only after I made payment later in week when I was following up on email I got to know it will b longer than the expected period and I left UK to travel back to my home country . I had to then arrange someone to pick it from sis in law and have it reach me and I eventually got it today … Appreciate this is updated upfront so customer can decide before paying . Now that I received the items all looks great , however on bottle I see there is some paint faded already when I took it from box which is shocking to see on new product

The products are of very good quality but the order has taken a month to arrive.

The labels are practical. I recommend them.

Lots of choice in personalization, lots of items on offer, which is great, but the labels don't wash well (for those to be ironed on), or come off (for those to be stuck on), even though I wash at 30 degrees. It's a real shame.

Fast delivery, the labels correspond well to the description, now it's time to see for yourself.

the envelope arrived damaged but the labels are in good condition. This isn't my first order, and I've noticed a deterioration in the quality of the labels, and less choice of graphic options, which is a shame.

Always perfect and useful product, shipping a little slow

Good labels. The first order never arrived, but customer service quickly sent another one. The packaging was not very adequate.

I placed the order for the second time and it still hasn't arrived, I've been waiting since early September

Quality product

I have often ordered Petit-Fernand labels. The product is excellent. The thermoadhesive labels for clothing are extremely long-lasting, enduring even after many washings. Similarly, the object labels also linger on items subject to frequent washing such as water bottles. The last order arrived a little later than expected (about 10 days) Contacted the service center, immediately sent a new order, which I then stopped because the original one was delivered just the day after my report

Manufacturing and delivery were very fast, I had my two products in less than a week. The little bag is very pretty, the only thing that could be improved is the writing on the snack box, which is tiny for my taste. I would have liked a larger font. Overall, I'd recommend

The graphics and material are beautiful. The labels are easy to use and are very Water Resistant as well. The Service was courteous and excellent. The only downside was the delivery with the postal service delivering the envelope days later than the scheduled date. I recommend placing the order well in advance. In my case, however, the company was prepared to compensate me or re-prepare the order at its own expense in case of non-delivery. Fortunately, this was not necessary. I am very satisfied with the product. I will definitely reorder something in the future. Thank you

Nice Product Punctual

The labels did not arrive, then I decided to write to customer service and they sent them back at no charge. This is seriousness and willingness to want to please the customer. In the end, my rating is positive

I am very happy. I received my children's labels in 5 days. My kids are super happy and so are their teachers that everything is marked with their names.

Big lag too get the goods.

It's a shame it doesn't stick well.

Ma première commande n'a jamais n'a jamais été envoyé ou s'est perdue. J'ai dû contacter l'entreprise par téléphone pour renouveler. Cela a pris le double de temps annoncé mais contente des étiquettes.

The courier service was terrible. They took much longer than the stipulated time. The customer service was quick to answer, but they did not give me any solution. Very bad that they don't send orders home, even if they charge shipping costs. MRW/Seur are a disaster.
