Always used Petit-Fernard , I found the stickers really good. This time I ordered the products but it was impossible to remove from the "basket" the one's I didn't want so I ended up buying all the stickers... The stickers have arrived 10 working day's ( which is fine as it was busy time) Stickers are good value, but this time was really difficult to remove them from the sheets. The glue was holding really tight so I ended up damage the name tags .. I needed to use sharp item to get it of she sheet.

Very nice labels for this order HEPAD The printed background for me flowers a little too bright and full! But it's still a beautiful print. Thanks also for the fast delivery.

I liked the ease of the website, the designing of them (not thousands of choices which is good) delivery was good, the product is nice but I'm disappointed when you remove them from the backing sheet. They seem strong but they misshape when you remove them from the adhesive backing sheet which is a tad annoying, it doesn't sit neat/straight on my items. It's like it's not really cut properly. Everything good prior just a slight disappointment with the removing of labels.

Excellent customer service, unbeatable. I did not receive the first order and they solved it immediately. The failure was with the Seur delivery that I did not get the order. It is not the first time that this has happened to me with this delivery company in my area.

The stickers took a long time to arrive, as sent from France, which wasn't made clear. They do not actually seem to work and fall off in the wash. They are also badly perforated, so almost impossible to remove from the sticker sheet in the first place. I give this 2 stars as they are actually pretty cute stickers, just useless. I would not buy from this company again.

We bought some labels and stickers for the beginning of the school year for our daughter, they arrived late and the envelope was torn and empty. We informed you of what happened and you sent them again, they arrived on Saturday afternoon and the envelope had scratches and some of the pages were wrinkled. This isn't the first time I've ordered labels for my son's clothes that we put on with the iron, I've ordered a large number, I look carefully at the clothes that match, as usual, but this time it's poor quality, I've also respected the pressure time, waiting before washing, but this time, nothing good. I've even washed some of my clothes twice, but nothing holds after washing. I'll order from someone else next time, because I've lost about 40 euros.
