The stickers are good as expected. However, the shipping took over 2 weeks. You have to plan for that, but it was very frustrating for my son. He waited so long for them.

Good, waterproof labels for objects, I put them on the dishes and they are holding up to the washes! Labels for clothes are so-so, after a couple of washes at 40 degrees they come off!

I’ve ordered a few different brands before and this time tried PF. The sticker colour didn’t come out quite differently from what I expected which I could live with but the text size is so tiny it’s really hard to read. Ordering process and shipping was quick (didn’t realise they get printed in France and shipped to the uk. Definitely prefer to order more Locally)

The water bottle slightly alters the taste of the water, in fact my son does not like it. The personalized bag is nice, that's why I didn't give it a star. But the main reason I give a low rating is that the images on the products are stickers. The personalized products simply have a sticker with the child's name stuck on them. At this point, I would buy adhesive labels to stick on glasses and water bottles.

The designs and colors are nice, but in the packs I bought, the paper for sticking the thermal adhesive labels did not come, I tried to contact but it indicated that the photo I took was too heavy and I couldn't do it, I have spent a significant amount of money and I would have liked my order to be perfect! I had just placed the order and I sent an email directly to modify it as well as contacted via the form that specifically offers this modification. It was an addition and not a modification of a personalized item. I was told that it was no longer possible because my order was in production. I find it regrettable that you offer a modification on the form but that it is not possible. Knowing that my order was only in production, I think it would be wise to remedy this.

The only downside is that these labels were for gifts for the children I welcome for their return to school (I am a childminder) and unfortunately you put everything together in a common booklet. I will therefore photocopy the instructions and find a way to pack them together.
