I'm very happy with the labels, but a little surprised by the size, which is just a little big for labelling pens. I wanted to order a 2nd batch, but it was impossible to find my previous order, even with the number of the 1st.

Product debited although it was out of stock For my part not very sincere way of proceeding not having been warned when placing my order that I would encounter this problem hence numerous exchanges of emails with the sales department .... and in return no gesture for the disappointed customer ..... for a first approach! pity! Gourd with straw, the gourd is very pretty but the lid doesn't seem to be of great quality, to be seen with time. They say there's an air hole right next to the straw, so if the child leans over a little to drink, it spills. Then they say 480 ml, but you put in 400/430, no more. I warned them, but they didn't make up for it.

Disappointed, the label plates came off as soon as I received them.

Very good except that I aimed a little large for the labels.

Labels are always top quality Fast delivery, but this is the 2nd time I've received an envelope that's been completely blown up (opened/ripped open). The rigidity of the deliveries needs to be reviewed, because fortunately everything was still present, but the label pockets were damaged (intact labels, that's the most important thing: Phew).

I've been ordering from you for 5 years, your products are of excellent quality, always a very nice design and my daughter enjoys choosing them every year!!!!

Delivery incomplete ... I'm missing the main name tags and foot tags.

The labels are great but I didn't realize when I placed the order that they were too big. I'll only be able to use half of my order.... Too bad, I'll be more careful next time.

I chose a gourd color that was not available. Changed the color and nothing. I had to call again because I wasn't receiving anything. I ordered several times from c mon étiquette and these last orders were rather tedious, much to my regret!

Extremely disappointed by the gourds, we used the gourd once, I washed it by hand and the name is already gone.

Labels not of good quality

Never dissatisfied with product quality. One small downside: I would have liked the option of putting together my own school kit, so I wouldn't have the products I don't use (clothing labels).

For the lunch box, the personalization is in fact a glued label. We'll have to see if it holds up over time with repeated washing. As for the water bottles, some of the patterns are already starting to wear off.

Nickel as usual

Website, very easy to use. Personally, I bought a personalized water bottle for my son, and I loved the concept of being able to personalize everything. My two-year-old son quickly understood how to open and close it by himself and now takes his bottle everywhere with him. Very fast delivery.

As I expect every year

This is already my 3rd order, and they're still as high quality as ever. It's a bit of a budget for labels, but they last a really long time despite the daily trips to the dishwasher at the crèche.

Since my child started school 5 years ago, I've always ordered my labels from your site and he's been very happy.

This is the 2nd time I've ordered and I'm very happy with the quality of the product. The labels stay well all year long on the material, as well as the iron-on labels on the garment. Thanks to the C-mon-étiquettes team for their understanding and responsiveness.

The labels are pretty but too expensive

Quick and careful delivery BUT: My son's forehead is stuck in the cap when he drinks. There's a small hole to release the air when he sucks through the straw, but as soon as the bottle is turned upside down, all the water comes out through it. I'd have to think of a one-way valve to avoid this problem, or I'd have to use scotch tape, but when he sucks for too long, it depressurizes and all the water comes out through the seal, so in any case he gets soaked. The quality of the materials is very average, and once you've dropped the stroller, the paintwork is already damaged and marks are visible on the cap.

I never received the order

the labels are of good quality but the prices have become too expensive.too bad

The stickers are great, but they couldn't send me a rubber seal for the bottle. The bottle is therefore unusable!!! Too bad!

I had ordered before and they arrived safely. Great. But this last order did not arrive. I emailed customer service and they gave me 2 options: either return the order or reorder it. I chose to do it again. That was over a week ago. 6 days ago they sent me an email that due to the large volume my order would be delayed 2 more days to be manufactured from the email. I check the order status and 6 days later it says in production. Nothing has arrived. This time I am very disappointed. I will write to customer service again to discuss it and ask for a refund and it will be the last time I order. And I love your stickers and your work. What a shame. They should improve on that and deliver what they say when an order doesn't arrive.

I have been ordering for 7/8 years for my 2 sons (schools and camps) and recently for my mother (Ehpad). I have noticed a sharp decline in the quality of the labels, especially for clothing, whether iron-on or to be applied to the clothing labels. I follow the recommended application and waiting period. The labels come off in the wash and are difficult to catch on their backing. I am very disappointed and do not recommend your products. I should have changed a long time ago.

My iron-on labels come off after washing and even after rain.

The labels are large, unlike the competition. Personally, I was expecting something smaller and more discreet.

The first names of 2 of my children are on the same booklet. They were ordered separately for convenience.

The order and delivery went very well, but several labels came off in the washing machine (30 degrees). Too bad.
