The delivery time was not what it said on the website. It took longer... The product is fine but the presentation is not good.... They come in badly stapled packages, untidy and not even separated by names but mixed up. In cargoes for 5 children and one of them was missing stickers... I didn't really care about the latter because I had ordered enough... Regarding the utility of the product I think it is correct. But the presentation and the shipping places could be improved as I have already mentioned.

I have ordered the stick on labels for the past 4/5 years and been happy, however this year the quality isn't as good with the labels harder to peel and ripping a bit.

Very nice and durable stickers. Unfortunately made a mistake with the size, perhaps overlooked the instructions.

Gourde is good quality in general, but the personalized stickers get damaged very quickly after only a few hand washes and cotodien use. The sticker for a snack box arrived with lots of bubbles... not very well applied, nor pretty.

The labels are very nice. However, I bought a gourd and the patterns are already faded. I tried to contact customer service via the website and always got an error code.

I chose to return my order. Then another e-mail telling me that my order had left and to wait. But there's still no news of it and no reply from you informing me of the progress of my claim. I understand that we're in the summer, so I'll be patient. Even if I think it might be complicated for me to prepare for my children's return to school.

The stickers are very difficult to remove. In some cases, the foil comes off with the rest.

Every year I order back-to-school labels and the kids love them because there's so much choice.

Very cute and they stick well , the ones for the items are amazing because I washed the water bottles and snack holders always in the dishwasher and the sticker stayed there for two years!

Addendum: The response from es ist meins is kind of cheeky. When I asked, I received an automatic reply that there was a lot going on at the moment and a direct reply that my order was supposedly on its way. The info mail about the shipment came 11 days after ordering. The post office was quick. They didn't even need 48 hours.
