Very happy with my purchase, the labels are top notch. And very responsive customer service.

Despite a first order that did not arrive because of the post! C my label reacted very quickly and my order is there!

The labels are always very pretty, but this time I was very disappointed with my order. The self-adhesive labels for objects, clothes and shoes only lasted 48 hours. First time this has happened with C my label.

The item was delivered without a hitch.

Very good print quality 4 stars because it doesn't always stick 100% sometimes it comes off in the first wash.

I contacted customer service because of a fault with my gourd. The person I spoke to was very pleasant and the problem was resolved very quickly. Customer service is easy to contact and very responsive?

An error when I received my order, a part had been forgotten. Customer service was very reactive and sent me back the forgotten part immediately.

I received a gourd with a rust stain on the bottom, impossible to make a request via the website and attach photos. And I contacted on messenger but no answers. I managed to contact customer service, which is very responsive. Only 3 days later I received a new gourd. Thank you very much

Already ordered and happy so redone. Just that I would have liked to have 2 different notebooks for my labels knowing that there were 2 different first and last names.

Name stickers are great, but hard to get off the page and often the corners curl up.

The gourd is very pretty, I'm just a little worried that the patterns won't last over time - it's like a relief. I took the one with the spout and what's practical is that I've been able to add a classic lid when my little one grows up. So far, I've never been disappointed with my purchases.

I was unfortunately very disappointed with my order on the site I received 1 item out of the 3 ordered impossible to make a claim on the site that constantly displays an error message when validating (an error occurred) and this despite my multiple attempts several days later. So I made a paypal dispute and was reimbursed for the missing items. Too bad because I needed these items for my son's birthday. The timing was too late to place a new order, and considering how difficult it is to file a claim, I don't feel like ordering again.

Package received as requested. It's a pity that you can't get a bigger view when designing the product. But the result lives up to expectations. We'll see over time if it holds up.

The principle is great. You can personalize the labels, which is cool. I used them last year. A lot of them are still in place on clothes and very legible despite a lot of washing. They don't hold up so well in shoes.

Hello, Having ordered several times, I have always been delighted with the adhesive textile labels you offer. I'm very disappointed with the latest ones I've received. For one of the two models, nothing to complain about. However, on the other, the labels don't stick to the garment and if by chance they manage to hold on after a day, they all come off when you put them in the washing machine... Is this a production problem?

I had already ordered labels and was satisfied with this site and the quality of the labels. I ordered a personalized gourd with straw for my daughter. After a few weeks of use, the bottle is already broken and leaking. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the product considering the price! My daughter is very careful.

As for the gourd, I'm very disappointed... I received it yesterday. I washed it by hand for the first time this morning. And I've already noticed dents at the base of the gourd... even though I didn't "mistreat" it. Knowing that these are water bottles designed for children, I wonder how long the color will hold up... if after only 2 minutes of use (washed in a stainless steel sink with a brush) it's already showing signs of knocks...

I'm disappointed. I found several labels in the washing machine. I thought they were washable. For your information, I wash my clothes at 40 degrees

The product, the stickers with the child's name, are fine. The delivery time is around two weeks.

Unfortunately, after a short period of use, there is a distinct taste from the silicone straw. The bottle is very high quality and our little one drinks very well from it. The imprint of the name and the design are also very appealing.

Beautiful labels, but very, very difficult to remove from the backing. When you've got twenty of them to stick on for a trip, you'll be tearing your hair out!

Good service, original and quality products. The only downside I find the shipping time. Unfortunately the goods arrived too late for use (name tags for clothes). I will definitely order again but with more advance notice.

The delivery time for my order had passed. We thought the shipment had been lost. As I absolutely needed the labels, I placed a second order. The first arrived 3 days later. I therefore find the delivery times too long and poorly respected. The product, on the other hand, is beyond reproach.

The flasks very nice and comfortable however the color I had indicated for the name was wrong, otherwise all good!

Items are great quality. They do take a while to be delivered however, but worth ordering ahead of time as alternatives do not so the job as well!

I am very satisfied with the labels. However, when I placed my order, the site wouldn't load and I had to refresh the page. Thinking that the payment wouldn't be taken into account because my bank hadn't asked me for authorization to validate the transaction, I repeated the order later. The order appeared in my "C-monetiquette" account, but I received two order acknowledgements by e-mail. In fact, the site validated my two orders even though I hadn't authorized payment via my bank application. I ended up with twice the number of labels I had originally ordered, and it's impossible to cancel an order on this site. The products are fine, but the site needs to be updated regarding payment.

Very nice gourds with lots of choice of personalization, but one arrived with the first name damaged and already a little removed.
