The ordering process is simple and self-explanatory. The selection of the label type, shape, color and font is quick and you can also change it if you don't like the composition after all. There are pretty symbols to choose from for almost every purpose. The only thing I didn't find was the option without a symbol. When you order on the site, you get the impression that you are getting a German product. However, the actual production takes place in France and is fast. Accordingly, the postal service takes a long time to deliver.

Good overview of products and fast delivery

Very happy with my labels. Very nice. A wide choice of personalized ones. After that I think it might take a little time to receive them, from the moment they are sent.

I would like to withdraw one star because the color of my daughter's first name on one of the kits ordered does not match the colour I thought I had chosen when I bought it. Her first name is barely visible. It's a shame.

Delivery time too long. Order received too late

The only drawback is that the iron-on labels tend to come off easily after a few washes. It would be interesting to have other self-adhesive formats, not just square ones.

At first the order was not quite complete, but after feedback it was taken care of immediately and sent on free of charge! Very friendly and helpful.

My order has not arrived, did not let me send form so I got in touch by Instagram, they offered me the refund of the amount paid, or send again, I am a regular customer is the first time that happens to me but it's a shame I was urgent and I had to order elsewhere.

I bought "qty 10" shoe labels, but they only fit 5 pairs of shoes. I went back to the site and it actually said in the detailed description "sold in packs of 5" (you had to scroll down to see the description...). So if someone wants 10 pairs of shoes, they have to order "20"... in the end it's too expensive for only 5 pairs. The other object labels are ok, but once I'd started using them, I should have gone for minis, but then again, they'd be too long and ill-proportioned. And they cost the same as the big ones! There are other sites for the same price: 150 better-proportioned mini labels for the price of 50 at c-mon étiquette... But I only saw this after ordering. Too bad.

We placed an order on March 30 but still haven't received anything. I've tried several times to get in touch via the form, but there's always an error message which doesn't allow the form to be sent. The telephone number is also unreachable. We're always hoping to receive a reply, but unfortunately we have our doubts. And yet the reviews were mostly positive.

I havent received my order yet. But in the past I have ordered similar stickers and was very happy to order again. I hope to receive this order too even if it is delayed.

The gourd has already lost its color and there are already scratches after only 1 wash. I think it's a shame

Shipping could be offered for large orders. I had to order 3 water bottles, 1 lunch box and 2 sets of labels. Because of the shipping costs, I just took the labels. Too bad.

The labels are pretty, but not very easy to peel off... They get damaged easily when you peel them off.

The products look good and most of them last well. Unfortunately, I have now had 2 problems with the delivery. The first time nothing came at all. When I asked, they sent it again and it arrived. With the next order, nothing arrived again after 2 weeks! On request I should wait 24 hours. Then I got an email saying it had arrived. Still nothing there. But then the next day. Due to the annoying demand 2 stars deduction.

I liked the fact that I could also design the signs in different colors and that, according to the description, they are also suitable for marking laundry in retirement homes, for example. That was the trigger for my purchase. After a fairly long delivery time, I held them in my hands. They are nice to look at and the name is easy to read. But now I have to point out that the stickers have to be stuck on the size or material label, otherwise they would not survive a wash. Rather impractical for a retirement home, as the name must always be stuck uniformly on the back in the neck area. I used them because I had no alternative, but I'm afraid that these name tags won't last long. ??

Order corresponding to my expectations but very disappointed with the delivery which cost me more than my order to be delivered in 48 hours but after waiting between 9am and 6pm on the day small SMS telling me delivery delay all to be put in my mailbox!! ??????

Speed and efficiency?

Several times during the label application process, glue has gotten onto the garment.

The stickers make a very good impression. The names are clear and legible, the colors are bright and the motif is as described. However, it was supposed to be a gift for 2 children and the stickers were not sorted by name but as sticker type in 2 booklets. Therefore one star deduction.

You have changed the silkscreen printing and quality. From one year to the next it has gone down a lot, and the price has not. It looks bad printed and the silkscreen is not well defined.

Disappointed some labels did not hold up to washing and peeled off...
