Order received quickly. The choice of colors and symbols is correct and the creation quick. Very disappointed with the mini labels for pencils which don't hold on to the pencils and markers (the long edges come off if the pencils aren't big), I had to add tape to each label which was a real pain!

The selection of fonts, background colors / patterns available. Only the animal applications etc. for the name could be significantly expanded, also with other areas of interest. I placed an order on 28/08 and after 7 days it was still in preparation, so I was the one who contacted customer service which still did not solve my problem, I was given a refund and on 6/9 I placed a new order which I hope will be processed and shipped within 48 hours as you had said and written on the website. But as of today it is still being processed. On top of that sure I selected expedited delivery as I would need them by Monday, strangely it turns out to be standard delivery! I hope things can improve
