Choice, quality labels. Delivery times a little longer than advertised, but still correct.

Overall, the products are nice and practical, although the only downside is that the iron-on labels come off after washing at 40 degrees. Delivery time always a little longer than expected.

Ordered on 29th Aug and still not received my order after nearly 3 weeks. Emailed them and no reply at all. Update: Since this post, I have received a reply from the seller. Stickers arrived at the end of September. The quality was good. It was sent from France hence the long wait.

3 stars because the site is nice in itself, but I made a mistake on a letter for the label of the schoolbag, they did nothing to help me... So yes, the mistake wasn't theirs, but a little gesture would have been nice. ???????

I was very happy with the fast delivery but what a pity when the product arrived I bought a tasting box but the top was badly stuck with pocs so frankly considering the price really not very well done. The product didn't even look new. Two stars because the labels were good. It's a pity you can't put pictures.

I've been ordering from Cmonétiquette for several years, and this is the 1st time I've needed a fast delivery, paid for in addition to my delivery. It didn't arrive on time, worse, it took longer than a normal delivery, because I wasn't able to pick it up, and the next day, I paid more for nothing.I'm disappointed.

I am very disappointed that I paid for express delivery and received my parcel 5 days later.

Fairly fast delivery, only a special offer was advertised but not applied (2 snack boxes) I don't think that's right. Upon delivery I received the package completely open and 1 box damaged. I don't think I can honestly recommend it.

The water bottle I ordered lets the water out. My son's bag was completely wet on the first day of school? Update: They will send me a new water bottle. The customer service is very good, they quickly solved the problem.

I take labels every year, so I'm always happy with them, they hold up well. I'm just disappointed with the Christmas stickers because they're expensive for what they are. And I didn't choose the right color for the text on the website. It looked good but in real life you can't see the name very well, which is a shame. As for the quality, nothing to say.

The labels are pretty, but quality-wise, they come off in the first wash, even though I did everything right. Disappointed?

super product. my daughter's bottle top broke, so I bought only the caps, which is great. Only downside is the minimum purchase of 9. While the cap is 8.

Fast production and delivery

The stickers are in themselves, like writing and color quality, but they can not stick well on pens for that I have deducted a star. In addition to the package I had ordered 60x2 (for 2 children) mini stickers for pens but instead of minis larger ones arrived. Unfortunately, the delivery time is quite long (10 days) that did not suit me at all, for that I also deduct a star. it would be nice if it was visible before purchasing now I have complained about these defects and it also came immediately a feedback. They are sending me stickers again at their expense and I hope that they stick well this time. I also liked the fact that they stapled it together as a booklet and described how to use it. All the stickers are waterproof. I have often washed the lunch boxes and bottles in the dishwasher and am satisfied. As a gift, they included their own logo as a sticker and lots of other colorful stickers. My boy was delighted and immediately decorated his lunch box with them. Beautiful labels, easy to apply. It was also very easy to personalize them on the site, the choice of images, calligraphy and colors being very nice. My only drawback is that the orange I chose isn't orange enough - it's a little too brown for my daughter, who loves that color. The personalized water bottle is also very nice, my daughter can easily open and close the cap. Delivery was fast, even though I placed my order just a few days before the start of the new school year.

When choosing the shipping method it did not indicate that express shipping was almost 10. You didn't see it until after you paid in full. So, it almost cost as much for shipping as it did for the stickers.

The labels are beautiful and shipping is fast.

They were very helpful in resolving a couple of days of issues.

So the standard delivery failed by 8 days more than stated. The after-shipment service worked well.

Nice labels that met my expectations, but there was a problem with the delivery between the advertised time and the actual delivery date...

Great product and delivery on time

The product is great I had already been able to verify with previous purchases, this time I would add that the service was also great.

So the labels are perfect, no worries on the site, it's easy, but I asked for delivery in 24 hours and paid 950 for delivery in 24 hours, and I waited 4 days for delivery, so not very cool, but they did what was necessary very quickly. I'd still recommend them because the clothing labels are objects.... Good help for back-to-school

Order conforms to the request a little long to receive in Belgium but good...

The labels stick very well on clothes, are beautiful and eye-catching and do not peel off in the washing machine.

The product did not arrive on schedule and I had to call customer service twice asking where the product went because the tracking showed that it had already arrived at my house. I needed it before school started and I ordered it 3 weeks in advance but it arrived safely.
